I am a Lecturer at Bilkent University’s Faculty of Business Administration, specializing in the intersection of technology and management. Drawing on a multidisciplinary background in computer science, information systems, and business, my work explores how digital tools and software solutions redefine organizational structures and entrepreneurial practices.
Prior to my academic career, I gained extensive industry experience as a programmer, systems analyst, and ERP consultant. My work spanned software development, enterprise system implementation, and project coordination for both public institutions and private-sector organizations. These experiences directly inform my teaching, enabling me to integrate real-world technological and managerial perspectives into the classroom.
My academic interests include agile project management, business analytics solutions, and the organizational impact of cloud-based ERP systems. I am particularly interested in how digital technologies transform decision-making and entrepreneurial practice. Beyond teaching, I contribute to institutional development through digital transformation initiatives, AI integration, and faculty IT coordination, emphasizing the development of analytical and project-oriented competencies in my students.
