tokenQ ("we," "our," or "us") provides a generic queue and token management system. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
A. Personal and Business Information
- Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and name through Google Firebase Authentication.
- Organization Data: We store the organization name, location, and service provider details you enter to customize your tokens.
- Client/Customer Data: To generate tokens, you may enter names, phone numbers, and other details of your clients. This data is stored locally on your device and synced to your private database in Google Firebase.
B. Device Permissions
- Bluetooth and Location: Required to discover and connect to Bluetooth Thermal Printers. We do not track or store your physical location.
- Photos/Media: Access is requested only if you choose to print a custom image from your gallery.
- Internet: Used for account authentication, data synchronization, and subscription management.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected data solely for:
- Providing and improving app functionality (generating and printing tokens).
- Synchronizing your data across multiple devices using your account.
- Managing premium subscriptions and features.
- Internal analytics to improve app performance (non-identifiable data).
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal or client data with third parties. All data is stored securely within the Google Firebase infrastructure assigned to your account.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures provided by Google Firebase to ensure your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Local Data: You can clear your token history anytime within the app's History section.
- Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (including organization settings and client records) via Settings > Account and Security > Delete My Account. Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.
6. Third-Party Services
Our app utilizes the following third-party services:
- Google Firebase: For authentication, real-time database, and hosting.
- EPS Payment Gateway: For processing premium subscriptions.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
