Effective 26 October 2026
Token.IM Web3 is a Chrome extension that tracks a crypto portfolio on your device. This policy describes what it stores and when anything leaves the device.
Holdings: coin, amount, and the total you paid
Public wallet addresses and labels you paste
Price alerts and settings such as currency and theme
A JSON file you import
This is financial information about a portfolio you type in yourself. The extension does not ask for your name, email, card number, seed phrase, or private key. Do not put those in a label.
Entries are saved with Chrome's local storage on the browser profile you are using. The extension has no account and no server of its own.
Nothing is sent until you open the extension or press Refresh.
Coin identifiers are sent to CoinGecko to fetch public prices and a market list.
A public address you added is sent to a public node (Ethereum, Bitcoin, or Solana) to read that address's native balance.
An Ethereum gas reading is requested from a public Ethereum node.
Those requests are used only to show prices, gas, and balances inside the extension. The data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to assess credit or to offer loans.
The only Chrome permission is storage. The extension does not request access to your browsing history, tabs, or websites.
In Settings, export a JSON copy. Reset erases the portfolio stored by the extension on this profile. Removing the extension from Chrome deletes its stored data with it.
The extension is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, the effective date above will change and the updated page will stay at this address.
