This Privacy Policy describes how Todo stacks, an iOS application developed by Ilia Biltuev ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses your information.

Information We Collect

Todo stacks prioritizes user privacy and does not track any user activity within the app. All data you create and manage in Todo stacks is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to any servers.

However, the app does access certain information on your device with your permission for specific functionalities:

Audio Recording: When you use the voice recording feature to create a task, the app will request permission to access your device's microphone. The recorded audio is used solely for creating the task and is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit this audio recording in any way.
Photos: If you choose to set a photo as wallpaper within the app, Todo stacks will request permission to access your device's photo library. You select the specific photo you want to use, and only that photo is used within the app. We do not collect or transmit this photo.
Email: If you choose to send feedback via email, the app will use your device's email functionality to compose an email addressed to the developer. The content of the email is entirely up to you, and we do not collect or store any information beyond the email address you choose to send from.

Use of Information

The information you allow Todo stacks to access is used solely for the intended functionality within the app:

Audio Recording: To use voice dictation to create a text for a task.
Photos: To set a custom wallpaper within the app.
Email: To facilitate sending feedback to the developer.

We do not use this information for any other purpose, including advertising, marketing, or analytics.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you allow Todo stacks to access on your device. However, please be aware that no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you choose to provide through the app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
