1. Introduction Welcome to Today (the "App"), developed by Soft Trump Software Solutions. We believe that true productivity requires a clear mind and complete privacy. Our App is designed to help you focus on your top three priorities without collecting any of your personal data.
2. Data Collection & Usage
Strictly Local Storage: Today is a local-only application. All task titles, completion statuses, and input drafts are stored exclusively on your device's internal storage using AsyncStorage.
Zero Data Transmission: We do not operate any backend servers or cloud databases. Your "big wins" and daily tasks never leave your device and are never transmitted to us or any third parties.
No Accounts Required: You can use Today immediately without creating an account, providing an email address, or linking any social media profiles.
3. Permissions
Haptics: The App uses your device's haptic engine to provide tactile feedback when you complete a task or attempt to exceed the three-task limit.
No Sensitive Access: Today does not request or require access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photo gallery.
4. Third-Party Services Today provides a clean, focused experience. We do not use third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or Firebase), data brokers, or advertising SDKs. Your behavior within the app is not tracked.
5. Data Control & Deletion You have absolute control over your information:
Manual Deletion: Long-pressing a task card permanently erases that specific entry from your local storage.
Full Reset: You can erase all data by clearing the App's storage/cache in your device settings or by uninstalling the App. Once uninstalled, the local storage file is removed by the operating system and cannot be recovered.
6. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any changes will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
