This privacy policy applies to the To Da Liquor Store app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by GQsWorks (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects your device's location strictly to provide its core functionality. The location data is used in the following ways:
Geolocation Services: The Application utilizes your device's GPS and network location to calculate the distance and bearing to the nearest liquor store.
Third-Party Map APIs: To find these locations, the Application temporarily securely transmits your coordinates directly to third-party mapping services (such as Google Places API and OpenStreetMap).
Crucially, the Service Provider (GQsWorks) does NOT collect, store, transmit, or monetize your location data. All location processing happens instantly on your device to update the compass, and is not saved to any external servers.
The Application does not collect or request any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, phone number, or email address. The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data.

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all use of your location data instantly by revoking the Location Permission for the Application in your device's App Settings, or by simply uninstalling the Application.
Data Retention Policy
Because the Service Provider does not collect or store any of your data, there is no User Provided Data to retain or delete.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. Furthermore, the nature of this Application (locating stores that sell age-restricted products) means it is not intended for use by anyone under the legal purchasing age.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. However, because no personal information is collected or transmitted to our servers, the primary security of your location data relies on the native sandboxing and security features provided by the Android Operating System.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
