Pink Pink Chat is unconditionally committed to providing a safe, secure, and adult-only environment. We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), grooming, or any behavior that endangers, sexualizes, or exploits minors.
This Policy outlines our protective measures, clearly defines prohibited conduct, explains our enforcement and reporting mechanisms, and details our cooperation with global law enforcement and child-protection organizations.
Pink Pink Chat is strictly an adult-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access or use our services.
We do not knowingly allow minors to register or interact on Pink Pink Chat. We employ age-gating mechanisms and automated presence-detection tools to prevent underage usage. If we discover, through our detection systems or user reports, that an account is being operated by or features a minor, we will immediately terminate the account and take all necessary steps to remove associated data, except where retention is required by law.
We strictly prohibit any content, interaction, or behavior that involves, depicts, suggests, or sexualizes minors in any form. Our zero-tolerance policy applies to all media and text, regardless of intent, context, or claim of fictionalization.
Prohibited material and behaviors include, but are not limited to:
CSAM/CSAE: Any visual depiction of a minor engaged in explicit sexual conduct.
Solicitation and Grooming: Attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors, requesting sexual imagery from minors, or using coded language/emojis to lure minors.
Sexualized Commentary: Comments, fantasies, text-based roleplay, or interactions that sexualize minors.
Generated and Fictional Material: AI-generated images (CSAI), digital art, animations, or fictional written material depicting minors in a sexual context.
Facilitation: Sharing links, dark web routing, or instructions on how to obtain or distribute sexual content involving minors.
Enforcement: Any violation of this section will result in immediate, permanent, and irrevocable account termination without prior notice.
You may not, under any circumstances, use Pink Pink Chat to:
Upload, share, request, or store any material involving sexualized minors.
Encourage, promote, or normalize harmful behavior toward minors.
Pretend to be a minor for sexual, deceptive, or exploitative purposes.
Impersonate a minor or attempt to lure minors into the platform.
Share or distribute a minor’s personal identifiable information (PII) or location data without lawful parental consent.
Use Pink Pink Chat in any manner that endangers the physical, emotional, or psychological well-being of a minor.
Note: Content involving minors in non-sexual contexts (e.g., family photos) may still be removed by our moderation team if it is deemed to raise privacy or safety concerns in an adult-oriented application.
Pink Pink Chat employs a robust, hybrid approach to detect and eradicate potential CSAE violations. Our mechanisms include:
Automated Detection Tools: We utilize industry-leading algorithmic scanning and hashing technologies (such as PhotoDNA or similar systems) to proactively detect known CSAM and identify the presence of minors in user-uploaded media.
Human Moderation Team: Our trained Trust & Safety specialists review flagged content and complex behavioral reports 24/7.
Swift Enforcement: Upon detecting or confirming a violation, we will immediately remove the content, execute permanent account bans, and deploy device or IP-level blocks to prevent the offender from returning.
We empower our community to act as a first line of defense.
Users must immediately flag any content, profile, or behavior that appears harmful to minors using Pink Pink Chat's prominent in-app reporting tools. Reports categorized under "Child Safety" or "Underage" bypass standard queues and are escalated directly to our specialized moderation team for immediate, high-priority review.
If you believe a child is in imminent, immediate physical danger, please contact your local law enforcement agency or emergency services (e.g., 911, 112, 999) immediately.

NCMEC CyberTipline: In compliance with applicable laws, Pink Pink Chat actively reports instances of CSAM, CSAE, and related user data to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Data Preservation: We will preserve and disclose account information, communication logs, user identifiers, and relevant content to law enforcement agencies upon receiving a valid legal request, or voluntarily if we believe it is necessary to prevent imminent harm to a minor.
No Appeals for CSAE: Because of the severe harm caused by child exploitation, safety-critical decisions—including account terminations—resulting from violations of this Child Safety Policy are final and not subject to appeal.
Data Retention for Investigations: Even after an account is terminated and content is removed from public view, Pink Pink Chat will securely retain the offending data and account information for a legally mandated period. This retention is solely for the purpose of supporting ongoing or future criminal investigations and cooperating with law enforcement subpoenas.
