a stoic young man that tends to keep a wall around him. it's been many years since his exile by paris, a death in name only, living on the outskirts of verona, far away from those that may have ever known him as romeo. now he commonly goes under the name condell, living in the house left to him by the old man that had been formerly been bill the bard, a title that is now gone to the exiled lord. his heart, once filled with love, now sits caged, only wishing that his former love would be able to move on and find happiness.

he continues to create play after play as bill the bard, bringing a life to verona in the small ways that he can; whether that be in the laughter after the end with a marriage, or tears after a tragedy. but other than his creations, romeo prowls the streets of verona as a guardian, still scoping for any escalus backers that threaten verona's peace and bring despair. it breaks his heart to do so, as though they would bring pain in continuing to live, he feels that his hands are nothing but sinful for taking their lives. it often has him up for days, where he would create more plays in every waking moment rather than to fall asleep and face his nightmares.
