biography

a naïve and voracious knight who goes to king arthur's court full of hope, until morgan le fay and sibyl use their magic to keep him away by disguising a devil as a dragon that ségurant would give chase to, as he could be a formidable ally of king arthur. appears as one of the best knights of his generation, but due to the spell he becomes an unknown and forgotten in the court, though remarkably he's one of the few that defeated lancelot in a joust and fights to a draw with tristan. he later succumbs to his wounds. as for the dragon it is a quest that is never successful. 

in other legends, it is mentioned that he was part of uther's old round table, as one of his mighiest warriors, though details are scarce.
