Welcome to AI 3D Model Generator! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application ("App"), operated by Abdullah YAVUZ (The Project Owner). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms. We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility: You must be at least 4 years of age to use this App.
Cloud Processing: You acknowledge that 3D model generation requires significant computing power; therefore, your inputs (images/text) are processed on secure cloud servers rather than locally on your device.
Prohibited Activity: You agree not to:
Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the AI models.
Use the App to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
Bypass any security measures or usage limits.
Inputs: You may upload images or enter text prompts to generate 3D models.
No AI Training: We respect your creative privacy. Your uploaded images, text prompts, and generated 3D models are not used to train, retrain, or improve our AI models.
NSFW & Prohibited Content: You are strictly prohibited from uploading or generating content that is:
Sexually explicit or pornographic (NSFW).
Violent, hateful, or discriminatory.
Infringing on third-party trademarks or copyrights.
Note: We reserve the right to terminate access for users who repeatedly attempt to generate prohibited content.
App Ownership: All rights to the App’s code, UI/UX design, and the underlying AI architecture are owned by The Project Owner.
User Ownership of 3D Models: You hold full ownership of the 3D models generated through the App. You are granted the right to use, modify, and commercially exploit the generated models.
Usage License: By using the App, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the generation service to you.
The App is free to download, but advanced features or high-resolution exports may require a subscription.
Subscriptions are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
The App is provided "as is." Because AI technology is evolving, we do not guarantee:
That the generated 3D models will be anatomically or geometrically perfect.
That the App will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted.
Compatibility of generated files with all third-party 3D software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Project Owner shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the AI-generated content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İstanbul (Çağlayan).
