We only collect information essential to providing and improving our 3D generation services.
Visual & Textual Inputs: To generate 3D models, the app processes the text prompts or images you upload.
Generated Content: The 3D models created by the AI are stored temporarily for your access and download.
Usage & Device Data: We may collect anonymized data such as device type, operating system, and feature usage to help us fix bugs and optimize performance.
Processing: Your inputs are processed using high-performance AI models.
No Training: We do not use your uploaded photos, text prompts, or generated 3D models to train, improve, or retrain our AI models. Your creative inputs remain your own.
As this app utilizes advanced cloud-based AI technology, all image and text processing occurs on secure remote servers rather than on your local device. By using the app, you acknowledge and consent to your data being transmitted to and processed in the cloud infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud or Firebase).
User Ownership: You own all 3D models generated through the app. You are free to use them for personal or commercial projects.
License to Operate: By using the service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating and delivering the 3D models to you.
To maintain a safe environment, you are prohibited from using the app to generate:
Sexually explicit or NSFW content.
Content that promotes violence, hatred, or illegal activities.
Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to block prompts or accounts that violate these safety guidelines.
Uploaded Media: Original images and text prompts are deleted from our processing servers immediately after the 3D generation is complete.
Generated Models: Models are kept on our servers for a limited time (e.g., 24 hours) to allow you to download them, after which they are purged.
We use third-party infrastructure for AI computation and hosting. These services receive only the data required to perform the generation and are bound by strict data protection agreements. We do not sell your data to third parties.
The app is free to download; however, continued use may require a subscription via your Apple/Google account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your data during transmission. While we take every precaution, no system is 100% secure. Use of the app is at your own discretion.
The app is not intended for users under 4 years of age.
AI-generated outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. We do not guarantee the perfection of the 3D models. Use of the generated content is at the user's own risk.
