EAST TNG ONSITE FAQ

Hi parents and youths!

We give thanks to the Lord for the opportunity to re-gather as One Body. Starting 12th September, we will be resuming our TNG onsite gatherings. We are looking forward to welcoming our children back for them to reconnect afresh with their friends and DMKs. Let's pray for them to rebuild strong bonds and spiritual friendships - to grow their sense of belonging, acceptance and purpose in a spiritual community.

GENERAL ENQUIRIES

1 - DO I/MY CHILD NEED TO GO THROUGH PET OR BE VACCINATED TO ATTEND TNG ONSITE?

Only those attending the main worship service would need to take the PET or be fully vaccinated. As TNG gatherings are in groups of 5 in a total class size of less than 50, they are not required to be vaccinated.

2 - CAN MY CHILD ATTEND THE MAIN SERVICE WITH PARENTS IF THEY ARE NOT ATTENDING TNG SESSIONS?

If your child is 12yrs and above, they will need to either (1) be fully vaccinated, (2) gone through PET testing, or (3) have a PET exemption notice to attend the main service with you.

If your child is
below 12 yrs from the same household as the accompanying adult, they are exempted from the vaccination and pre-event testing requirements. However, each child will need to have a valid ticket in order to enter the main sanctuary under the new government regulations. Tickets for children under 12 are limited to a cap of 20% of the total sanctuary capacity.

3 - ARE THERE ONLINE SERVICES I/MY CHILD CAN JOIN IF I/MY CHILD AM UNABLE TO ATTEND ON-SITE?

No, there will not be any online services as all ministries will be having our onsite sessions.

4 - I/MY CHILD HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVING EMAILS TO REGISTER FOR TICKETS, WHAT MUST I/MY CHILD DO?

Make sure you have an existing Voyager account. If you have a Voyager account, do help us check if your email reflected in the Voyager account is correct.


If it is incorrect or invalid, please update your email on Voyager. Once you have updated on Voyager, please also update us on your updated email via tng.admin@cefc.org.sg

5 - IS A VOYAGER ACCOUNT NECESSARY? WHAT IF I/MY CHILD DO NOT HAVE IT?

Yes. You/your parents must have a Voyager account as the registration link will be sent to the email address provided on Voyager. Please make sure that email address and mobile number on Voyager are updated on voyager as well

If you do not have a Voyager account, you may send an e-mail to tng.admin@cefc.org.sg to request for an account for your child or sign up for one via 'voyager.cefc.org.sg'. If an account already exists but the password has been forgotten, log onto voyager.cefc.org.sg and click on ‘Forgot Your Password?’

6 - CAN I/MY CHILD STILL COME IF I/MY CHILD FORGOT TO REGISTER FOR A TICKET?

Due to safe management measures, entry will not be allowed without a ticket. Please book you/your child's tickets as soon as possible as slots are limited

7 - DO I/MY CHILD HAVE TO REGISTER FOR TICKETS EACH WEEK I'M GOING?

Yes. Registration and booking of tickets is required each time you/your child are attending an onsite session.

8 - WHAT IF I/MY CHILD IS ONLY SLIGHTLY UNWELL? WILL HE BE ALLOWED INTO THE WORSHIP SERVICE OR TNG SESSION?

Please stay home and consult a doctor if your child is unwell (with fever and/or flu-like symptoms such as cough, runny nose, sore throat, shortness of breath). Children who are not well will not be admitted to the class as a precautionary measure.

Children whose family members within the same household are on Stay-Home Notice, Quarantine Order, Stay-Home MC, or awaiting results of a swab test will not be admitted to class. Your understanding is appreciated.

9 - CAN I/MY CHILD INVITE FRIENDS FOR TNG ONSITE GATHERINGS?

Yes! please invite your friends! Do check in with your leaders on how you can book tickets for your friends, as walk-ins would not be allowed

PRESCHOOL MINISTRY

1 - WHAT IS HAPPENING FOR PRE-SCHOOL MINISTRY?

Preschool Onsite Gatherings will be on Sundays, 0945AM to 1045AM!

The children will be meeting at
Park Avenue Convention Centre (PACC) and will be in groups of no more than 5 in the respective venues!

2 - HOW CAN I BOOK TICKETS FOR MY PRESCHOOL CHILDREN?

The procedures for booking of tickets remains unchanged. An email will be sent to you on Fridays, 2pm for you to book your tickets!

We encourage you to make your bookings as soon as possible as onsite slots are limited.

3 - WHERE WOULD I BE ABLE TO PICK UP OR DROP OFF MY CHILD?

You can pick your child up at Park Ave Convention Centre (PACC), Zone D and drop your child off at Park Ave Convention Centre (PACC), Zone F. Our volunteer will conduct a HFMD check for your child before admitting him or her for the onsite sessions.

We encourage you to
drop off your children by 9:30AM so that there’s ample time for parents to make your way for the adult service as well. Also, kindly pick your child after the service between 10:45AM - 11:00AM. Thank you.

4 - WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BRING FOR PRESCHOOL ONSITE?

Your child would need to bring their stationery, water bottle and jacket for the onsite sessions.

Do also note that all children have to have their masks on at all times.

LOWER PRI MINISTRY

1 - WHAT IS HAPPENING FOR LOWER PRIMARY MINISTRY?

Lower Primary Onsite Gatherings will be on Sundays, 0945AM to 1055AM!

The children will be
having their session at Capri Hotel Pod 1 and will be in groups of 5!

2 - HOW CAN I BOOK TICKETS FOR MY LOWER PRIMARY CHILD?

The procedures for booking of tickets remains unchanged. An email will be sent to you on Fridays, 2pm for you to book your tickets!

We encourage you to make your bookings as soon as possible as onsite slots are limited.

3 - WHERE WOULD I BE ABLE TO PICK UP OR DROP OFF MY CHILD?

You can drop off your child at Capri Hotel. We encourage you to drop off your child by 9:30am so that there’s ample time for you to make your way for the adult service as well.

1 - WHAT IS HAPPENING FOR UPPER PRIMARY MINISTRY?

Upper Primary Onsite Gatherings will be on Sundays, 0945AM to 1045AM!

The
tweens will be having their session at Capri Hotel Pod 2 and will be in groups of 5!

2 - HOW CAN I BOOK TICKETS FOR MY UPPER PRIMARY CHILD?

The procedures for booking of tickets remains unchanged. An email will be sent to you on Fridays, 2pm for you to book your tickets!

We encourage you to make your bookings as soon as possible as onsite slots are limited.

3 - WHERE WOULD I BE ABLE TO PICK UP OR DROP OFF MY CHILD?

YOUTH MINISTRY

1 - WHAT IS HAPPENING FOR YOUTH MINISTRY?

Youth Onsite Gatherings will be on Sundays, 1130AM - 1230PM!

The
youths will be having their session in the premises of Capri Hotel Pod 1 & 2 and will be in groups of no more than 5 in the respective venues!

2 - HOW WOULD YOUTHS BE ABLE TO BOOK AND REGISTER FOR ONSITE GATHERINGS?

The procedures for booking of tickets remains unchanged. An email will be sent to you on Fridays, 2pm for you to book your tickets!

We encourage you to make your bookings as soon as possible as onsite slots are limited.

3 - WHERE IS THE PICKUP AND DROPOFF POINT?

Kindly pickup and drop off your child at Capri Hotel.

We encourage your child to arrive by 11:15am so that they have ample time to make their way to the onsite venues at Capri Hotel Pod 1 & 2.
