Hi parents & youths!

WE ARE RESUMING TNG ONSITE GATHERINGS ON 04 JULY and we are so excited to welcome you all back in church! TNG desires to preserve, encourage and build a vibrant discipleship and disciple-making community as we regather physically. In regathering onsite, we invite these young disciples who are excited about Jesus, gripped by the word of God, filled with the spirit and daring to share Christ with others to continue to keep at it – shining for Christ!

GENERAL ENQUIRIES

1 - DO I/MY CHILD NEED TO DO PET OR BE VACCINATED TO ATTEND TNG ONSITE?

Only those attending the worship service would need to take the PET or be fully vaccinated. As TNG gatherings are in groups of 5 in a total class size of less than 50, they are not required to be vaccinated.

However, if you
or your child wants to attend the main adult services, you will need to be fully vaccianted or have received a PET testing by MOH approved providers or PET exception regardless of age (including infant-in-arms)

2 - CAN I/MY CHILD JOIN IN WORSHIP SERVICE BEFORE OR AFTER THEIR TNG GATHERING?

All persons that are attending the worship service need to either be fully vaccinated, done PET or have a proof of PET exemption. If you are attending a separate class prior or after the worship service, you will need to verify the entry conditions at the service check-in station to enter the worship service with the appropriate ticket.

3 - ARE THERE ONLINE SERVICES I/MY CHILD CAN JOIN IF I/MY CHILD ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND ONSITE?

Yes, there will be online services available across respective ministries and centres. For ZOOM session details, check out cefc.ch/tng or check in with your ministry leaders

4 - I/MY CHILD HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVING EMAILS TO REGISTER FOR TICKETS, WHAT MUST I/MY CHILD DO?

Make sure you have an existing Voyager account. If you have a Voyager account, do help us check if your email reflected in the Voyager account is correct.


If it is incorrect or invalid, please update your email on Voyager. Once you have updated on Voyager, please also update us on your updated email via tng.admin@cefc.org.sg

5 - IS A VOYAGER ACCOUNT NECESSARY? WHAT IF I/MY CHILD DO NOT HAVE IT?

Yes. You/your parents must have a Voyager account as the registration link will be sent to the email address provided on Voyager. Please make sure that email address and mobile number on Voyager are updated on voyager as well

If you do not have a Voyager account, you may send an e-mail to tng.admin@cefc.org.sg to request for an account for your child or sign up for one via 'voyager.cefc.org.sg'. If an account already exists but the password has been forgotten, log onto voyager.cefc.org.sg and click on ‘Forgot Your Password?’

6 - CAN I STILL COME IF I/MY CHILD FORGOT TO REGISTER FOR A TICKET?

Due to safe management measures, entry will not be allowed without a ticket. Please book you/your child's tickets as soon as possible as slots are limited

7 - DO I/MY CHILD HAVE TO REGISTER FOR TICKETS EACH WEEK I'M GOING?

Yes. Registration and booking of tickets is required each time you/your child are attending an onsite session.

8 - WHAT IF I/MY CHILD ARE FEELING UNWELL ON THE DAY ITSELF?

Please refrain from coming onsite if you or any family members is unwell or under Stay-Home-Notice. Those who are unwell will not be allowed entry.

Please cancel your tickets in the event if you are unable to come, so that others can book ticket(s) for onsite.

9 - CAN I/MY CHILD INVITE FRIENDS FOR TNG ONSITE GATHERINGS?

Yes! please invite your friends! Do check in with your leaders on how you can book tickets for your friends, as walk-ins would not be allowed

PRESCHOOL MINISTRY

1 - WHAT'S HAPPENING FOR PRESCHOOL MINISTRY?

Preschool Onsite Gatherings will be on Sundays at 0945AM to 1045AM! The children will be meeting in groups of no more than 5 in the respective venues stated here:

3-4YO Nursery Kids (JOY 2 ROOM, L1)
5-6YO Kindy Kids (PEACE 1 & 2 ROOMS, L1)

2 - HOW CAN I BOOK TICKETS FOR MY PRESCHOOL CHILDREN?

The procedures for booking of tickets remains unchanged. Each child/family is assigned to a specific TNG district weekly to receive priority for coming back onsite (TNG districts allocations remains unchanged). This is implemented so as to provide each child with the opportunity to come back onsite.

An email will be sent to the assigned/priority district on Thursdays, 2pm to make their bookings first. After that, an email will be sent to all parents on Friday, 2pm to make their bookings! We encourage you to make your bookings as soon as possible.

3 - WHAT IF MY CHILD IS NOT ASSIGNED TO A TNG DISCTRICT FOR BOOKING OF TICKETS?

If you are new/have not been assigned to a TNG district yet or have forgotten which TNG district you are assigned to, please write in to tng.admin@cefc.org.sg.

4 - CAN I REQUEST TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER TNG DISTRICT?

Requests for change in TNG district is subjected to approval on a case by case basis. Should you wish to change your TNG districts for onsite booking priorities, please write in to tng.admin@cefc.org.sg.

5 - WHERE WOULD I BE ABLE TO DROP OFF OR PICK UP MY CHILD?

You can drop off your child at the preschool check-in counter just beside the Level 1 Main Staircase. A volunteer would provide a sticker name tag and conduct a HFMD check for your child before directing your child to the respective classroom.

After service, kindly head to the
yellow benches area (outside the level 1 classrooms) to pick up your child. Please avoid loitering at the pickup area due to safe management measures.

6 - WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BRING FOR PRESCHOOL ONSITE?

Your child would need to bring their bible, money for tithes + offering, water bottle and jacket.

Do also note that children have to have their masks on at all times.

7 - ARE THERE STILL ONLINE SESSIONS IF MY CHILD IS UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ONSITE SESSIONS?

Yes there is! if you are unable to get a ticket for onsite services, we will still be having our 3-6 KidsChurch Online (Sun, 0930am) You can retrieve the online sessions here.

LOWER x UPPER PRI MINISTRY

1 - WHAT'S HAPPENING FOR LOWER AND UPPER PRIMARY MINISTRY?

Lower primary and upper primary ministry will also be gathering onsite on Sundays, 0945am - 1045am, in groups of 5! The children will be gathering in two venues weekly - Grace Sanctuary (Basement) and Chapel (L3), due to safe management measures.

2 - HOW CAN I BOOK TICKETS FOR MY LOWER PRI X UPPER PRI CHILDREN?

The procedures for booking of tickets remains unchanged. Each child/family is assigned to a specific TNG district weekly to receive priority for coming back onsite (TNG districts allocations remains unchanged). 5 - WHERE CAN I DROP OFF OR PICK UP MY CHILD?

You can drop your child off at the lower primary x upper primary registration counter at the foyer area. Volunteers at the counter would also inform your child on where he/she will be headed to for service in light of the 2 different locations. We encourage you to drop off your child by 9:30am so that there’s ample time for you to make your way to the adult service.

After service,
you can pick your child up at the L1 open area right in front of the main staircase.

6 - WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BRING FOR LP x UP ONSITE?

Your child would need to bring their bible, stationery, LP x UP Journal*, money for tithes + offering, water bottle and jacket (optional)

Do also note that children have to have their masks on at all times.

* If you do not have the LP x UP journal, we would issue you a copy onsite

7 - IS THERE AN ONLINE SESSION FOR MY CHILD, IF HE/SHE IS UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ONSITE SESSIONS?

Yes there is! In the event if your child is unable to come onsite, you can tune in to our weekly discipleship videos & conversations at cefc.ch/tng. We also have weekly ZOOM Sessions available for both lower and upper primary ministry as stated below:

Lower Primary Ministry
Wk 1-3: CG ZOOM Sessions (Sat/Sun)
Wk 4: All Level ZOOM ROOM (Sun, 3-4pm)

Upper Primary Ministry
Wk 1: UP Synergize (Sun, 4pm-5pm)
Wk 2-5: CG ZOOM Sessions (Sun, 4pm-5pm)

BPJ YOUTH MINISTRY

1 - WHAT'S HAPPENING FOR YOUTH MINISTRY?

Youths will be gathering onsite on Sundays in their CGs in groups of 5. Each CG and level will be assigned to a specific timeslot for onsite gathering, you may refer to these respective timeslots down below:

8AM to 1030AM: 15YO
11AM to 1230pm: 13 & 16 YO (Group A)
1230PM to 0200PM: 14 & 16YO (Group B), 17 & 18 YO


Your CGLs will share more information on the respective venues for your CGs as you regather onsite! If you or your child is not in a CG and would like to be in one, please write in to tng.admin@cefc.org.sg

2 - HOW WOULD YOUTHS BE ABLE TO BOOK AND REGISTER FOR ONSITE GATHERINGS?

An e-mail will be sent to you on Monday evenings, 6pm for you to make your bookings for onsite gatherings! Each youth CG is assigned a specific timeslot for onsite gatherings. To find out which timeslot your CG will be gathering onsite, kindly contact your CGLs or ministry leaders!

Youths are encouraged to book your tickets by
Thursdays, 1159pm! Should you not have your own email address, please create one and update your leaders.

3 - WHERE WOULD I BE ABLE TO DROP OFF OR PICK UP MY CHILD?

If you are driving or coming by GRAB/taxi, there will be a pickup and dropoff point in the church for you to drop off/pick up your child.

4 - WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO COME FOR YOUTH ONSITE?
