「借用登記注意事項」
1.借用需求：如口試、研究組會議、研究討論等
2.姓名：請列明姓名、系級 (僅限護理學院教師及學生借用，如未備註將直接取消該筆借用)
3.開放時間：平日0800-1700
4.請自行預留準備會議時間，ex:會議15點開始，14點開始準備會議，應自14:00起開始登記。
5.會議室使用完畢後，應場地恢復，感謝大家協助。

1. Usage: Conference Room is for "Oral Defense", "Panel Meeting", "Academic Discussion", etc.
2. Notice: Registration information must include "User Name" and "Affiliated Department"
(The registration is only for the professors and students in the College of Nursing. If the information is not complete, we will cancel the registration.)
3. Available Time: 0800 to 1700 on weekdays
Remember to reserve the extra time for the preceding preparation.
4. Please clean up the room before leaving. Thanks for your kindness and cooperation.
