Welcome!
I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the John Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University.
I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master's degree in Economics from Texas A&M University.
My research focuses on Labor, Public, and Health Economics. As an empirical economist, I conduct economic analysis using tools from econometrics, quasi-experimental methods, and causal inference. Throughout my career, I have been driven by my curiosity to find data-driven solutions to policy-relevant questions. My research has examined how various interventions, such as anti-immigrant policies, workforce development programs, educational policies, and technological shock, impact individuals' labor market decisions, and well-being.
