The end-of-year festivities are on their way this December! As we look forward to a brand new year, may we remain committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle despite this season's temptations. Eat moderately, exercise daily, and have a healthy, merry holiday!
HEALTHY HABIT CHALLENGES
Do them within this month, whenever you feel like it. You do you!
START IT: Time surely flies, 2023 is only a few weeks ahead! List all your major health accomplishments over the past months and commit to improving on them during the coming year.
DO IT: Focus on what matters most! Holiday celebrations are less about the food and merry-making and should be more about the family and friends we share it with!
TRY IT: Try to eat a snack before going to a party! This will fill you up just right to avoid overeating!
SWITCH IT UP: You can do without that one dessert you always prepare for the holidays. Ditch it and replace it with fresh fruits instead!
TRACK IT: Even though it is the holiday season, make sure to still make it a healthy one! Keep track of how long you are exercising during this merry time. Aim to keep the time spent exercising consistent, even if you miss a day.
KNOW IT: Balance what you eat to meet your need for nutrition and enjoyment. Binge-watch our Wais sa Kusina Series on our Healthy Pilipinas page to learn more!
SHARE IT: Talk about the healthy choices and lifestyle improvements you've made with #HealthyPilipinas on Facebook. Let's help each other create healthier choices to live a happy healthy life.
