Messages: In-app messages, group chat content
Media: Photos and files shared within the app

App Activity: App interactions, in-app search history

App Functionality: To enable messaging, group chats, contact directory, file sharing, and notifications.
Account Management: To create, manage, and authenticate your employee account.

4. Data Sharing TL-Chat does not share your data with third parties. All data is used internally within your organization only.

6. Data Retention Your data is retained for as long as your employee account remains active. Upon account deactivation by IT Admin, data may be retained for up to 90 days for audit purposes.

8. Children's Privacy TL-Chat is for employees only and is not directed at children under 13.
