Tsz-Kwan, Lee (Glory) received the BSc (Honors), M.Phil, and PhD degrees from the Department of Electronic and Information Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. During her PhD study, she was awarded Li Po Chun Charitable Trust Fund Scholarship. From 2017 to 2018, Dr Lee was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Centre for Signal Processing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. During this period, she served as the principal researcher on an industry-funded project in collaboration with Hong Kong Telecommunications Limited (HKT), focusing on machine learning-based video quality assessment. In 2019, Dr Lee joined the School of Computing and Information Systems at the University of Melbourne as a Tutor and Postgraduate Project Supervisor. Following that, in 2019, Dr Lee joined Deakin University. She served as Associate Course Suite Director for Computer Science and Software Engineering in the School of Information Technology from the 2021 to 2025 academic years. She is currently a Senior Lecturer and Academic Director (Workforce) in the School of Information Technology at Deakin University. Dr Lee's research interests include computer vision, image and video processing, digital signal processing, 2D and 3D video coding, machine learning-based modelling, video quality assessment, and multimedia technologies.
