Ingredients

2 cups oats

2 cups shredded coconut

1 cup peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)

1 cup chocolate chips

2/3 cup honey

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and enjoy! You can roll into balls or scoop. They are best kept in the refrigerator and can even be frozen to enjoy later!
