Sign Up Here to Volunteer to Help the Hollywood Food Coalition Prepare and Serve Its Nightly Dinner for People in Need of a Good Meal
On the second Monday of each month, Temple Israel of Hollywood members assist the staff of the Hollywood Food Coalition with preparing and serving its nightly dinner. The meal is a reliable point of connection for our Hollywood community, offering a hot, chef-prepared meal every evening, no questions asked.
The dinner is prepared and served at The Salvation Army's Hollywood Campus at 5939 Hollywood Boulevard.
Coalition staff and volunteers turn compassion into action, transforming high-quality, rescued food into hundreds of nourishing meals. The Coalition's talented culinary team, led by a Michelin-star chef, embraces the unpredictable nature of food rescue, turning whatever ingredients arrive each day into wholesome, creative dishes made with care and heart.
