## 1. 개요 / Overview
금연시작 앱은 사용자의 금연 기록과 입력 정보를 기기 내부에만 저장하며, 외부 서버로 전송·동기화하지 않습니다.
이 문서는 앱이 생성·저장·이용하는 데이터와 이용자 권리에 대해 안내합니다.
The NoSmoke Start app stores your quit-smoking records and entered information only on your device and does not send or sync them to any external server.
This document describes the data the app creates, stores, and uses, and your rights.

## 2. 처리하는 데이터 / Data We Process
### 2.1 금연 프로필 (Quit-smoking profile)
• 하루 흡연량, 담배 한 갑 가격, 한 갑당 개비 수, 금연 시작 일시, 금연 다짐 문구, 데이터 갱신 시각
→ 앱 내 금연 타이머·통계·설정 기능 제공을 위해 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다.
→ This information is stored only on your device to provide the in-app quit timer, statistics, and settings features.
### 2.2 계산 통계 (Calculated statistics)
• 금연 경과 시간, 절약 금액, 피우지 않은 담배 수, 되찾은 예상 수명
→ 사용자가 입력한 금연 프로필을 기준으로 앱 안에서 계산됩니다.
→ These statistics are calculated within the app based on the quit-smoking profile entered by the user.
### 2.3 계정 및 식별 정보 (Account and identity information)
• 앱은 회원가입, 로그인, 이름, 전화번호, 이메일 주소 입력 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.
→ 계정 정보나 직접적인 개인 식별 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
• The app does not provide account registration, login, name entry, phone number entry, or email address entry features.
→ The app does not collect account information or direct personal identifiers.

## 3. 수집·이용 목적 / Purpose of Collection and Use
• 금연 타이머, 금연 경과 시간, 절약 금액, 피우지 않은 담배 수, 되찾은 예상 수명 표시
• 사용자가 입력한 금연 다짐 문구 표시
• 앱 재실행 시 기존 금연 기록 및 설정 복원
• 설정 화면에서 흡연량, 가격, 개비 수, 금연 다짐을 수정·저장
• Providing the quit timer, elapsed quit time, saved money, cigarettes not smoked, and estimated life regained
• Displaying the user's quit pledge
• Restoring existing quit records and settings when the app is reopened
• Allowing the user to edit and save cigarettes per day, pack price, cigarettes per pack, and quit pledge in settings
위 목적으로만 사용하며, 마케팅·광고·제3자 제공에는 사용하지 않습니다.
The data is used only for the purposes above and is not used for marketing, advertising, or third-party sharing.

## 4. 보관 장소 및 기간 / Storage Location and Retention
• 보관 장소: 사용자 기기 내부의 앱 전용 저장 공간(SQLite 데이터베이스)
• 보관 기간: 앱을 사용하는 동안 보관됩니다.
- 삭제: 사용자가 앱 내 "처음부터 다시 설정" 또는 "포기하기"를 실행하면 저장된 금연 프로필과 기록이 삭제됩니다.
- Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하면 기기 내 앱 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
- 앱 삭제 시 기기 내 해당 앱 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다.
• Storage location: App-specific storage on the user's device (SQLite database)
• Retention period: Stored while the user uses the app.
- Deletion: If the user uses "Start over" or "Give up" in the app, the stored quit-smoking profile and record are deleted.
- If the user deletes app data from Android settings, the app data on the device is deleted.
- If the user uninstalls the app, the app data on the device is also deleted.

## 5. 제3자 제공 / Third-Party Sharing
제3자에게 제공·공유하지 않습니다.
데이터는 사용자 기기에만 있으며, 개발자 또는 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
We do not share your data with any third party.
Data stays only on your device and is not sent to the developer or any server.

## 6. 이용자 권리 / Your Rights
• 확인: 앱 화면에서 금연 경과 시간, 절약 금액, 피우지 않은 담배 수, 금연 다짐 등 저장된 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.
• 수정: 설정 화면에서 하루 흡연량, 한 갑 가격, 한 갑당 개비 수, 금연 다짐을 수정할 수 있습니다.
• 삭제: 앱 내 "처음부터 다시 설정" 또는 "포기하기"로 저장된 금연 정보를 삭제할 수 있습니다. Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제해도 저장 정보가 삭제됩니다. (되돌릴 수 없습니다. / Cannot be undone.)
• View: You can view stored information such as elapsed quit time, saved money, cigarettes not smoked, and quit pledge in the app.
• Edit: You can edit cigarettes per day, pack price, cigarettes per pack, and quit pledge in the settings screen.
• Delete: You can delete stored quit-smoking information by using "Start over" or "Give up" in the app. You can also delete it by deleting the app data from Android settings or uninstalling the app. (Cannot be undone.)

## 7. 기타 / Other
• 인터넷 사용: 앱 내 개인정보처리방침 링크 등 외부 웹페이지를 열기 위해 인터넷 접근 권한이 사용될 수 있습니다. 이 과정에서 사용자의 금연 기록이 외부로 전송되지는 않습니다.
• 진동 권한: 앱 내 사용자 경험을 위한 진동 동작에만 사용될 수 있습니다.
• 위치·카메라·마이크·연락처·통화기록·문자메시지·외부 저장소 권한: 앱은 이러한 권한을 수집 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
• 광고·분석 SDK: 앱은 광고 SDK, 분석 SDK, 소셜 로그인 SDK 등 사용자를 추적하거나 개인정보를 외부 서버로 전송하기 위한 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다.
• 정책 변경 시 앱 또는 스토어 페이지를 통해 안내할 수 있습니다.
• Internet use: Internet access may be used to open external webpages, such as the in-app Privacy Policy link. Your quit-smoking records are not sent externally during this process.
• Vibration permission: May be used only for in-app user experience features.
• Location, camera, microphone, contacts, call logs, SMS, and external storage permissions: The app does not use these permissions for data collection purposes.
• Advertising and analytics SDKs: The app does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, social login SDKs, or other SDKs intended to track users or transmit personal information to external servers.
• If this policy changes, notice may be provided through the app or store page.
