This Privacy Policy explains how TinyTown: Tiny Town Grid Puzzle ("TinyTown", "the Game", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use the mobile application.
We respect your privacy and have designed TinyTown to provide its core gameplay experience without requiring you to create an account or provide personal information.
By installing or using TinyTown, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
TinyTown does not require you to create an account, register with us, or provide personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, date of birth, or password.
Based on the current implementation of the Game, TinyTown does not directly collect or maintain a personal user profile.
The Game's locally stored gameplay information includes:
High score information.
Current gameplay state needed while the Game is running.
Level and score information required for the current game session.
The high score is stored locally on the user's device using the device's application storage facilities.
TinyTown uses local application storage to preserve the player's best score.
The Game uses the Flutter shared_preferences mechanism for this purpose. The stored high score is used only to display the player's best score within the Game.
The high score:
Is stored locally on the device.
Is not used to create an online account.
Is not intentionally transmitted to a TinyTown-operated server.
Is not used to identify the player personally.
Can be removed by clearing the application's data or uninstalling the application, subject to the behavior of the operating system.
The Game does not provide a cloud-based profile or online leaderboard in the current implementation.
TinyTown maintains gameplay information while the Game is running, including:
Current level.
Current score.
Target score.
Board configuration.
Tile placements.
Undo history.
Game completion state.
This information is required to operate the puzzle mechanics.
Gameplay state is processed locally by the application.
The Game's core gameplay does not require an internet connection to calculate scores, place tiles, advance levels, or use the Undo feature.
TinyTown includes an optional "Share City" feature.
When the player chooses this feature, the Game generates a text representation of the current city layout containing information such as:
Current level.
Current score.
Target score.
The arrangement of game tiles.
The generated layout uses game symbols representing houses, parks, factories, mountains, pollutants, and empty spaces.
The current implementation places this generated text into the device clipboard. The Game does not automatically publish the city layout to a social network or send it to a TinyTown-operated server.
The player remains responsible for deciding whether and where to paste or share the copied information.
TinyTown accesses the device clipboard only when the player explicitly uses the Share City function.
The clipboard content generated by this function represents the player's in-game city layout and score.
TinyTown does not use the clipboard as a general-purpose mechanism for collecting unrelated information.
Users should be aware that once information is copied to the clipboard, other applications with appropriate operating-system access may potentially interact with clipboard contents according to the device's operating-system rules.
TinyTown includes functionality for checking whether an update is available through Google Play.
When the Game starts, it can check Google Play's update availability service. If an applicable update is available, the Game may request an immediate update through the Google Play update mechanism.
This functionality is provided to help users access newer versions of the application.
The Game itself does not collect personal information through this update mechanism. Google Play and Google services may process information according to Google's own terms and privacy policies.
For information about Google's handling of information, users should review Google's applicable privacy documentation.
TinyTown uses certain third-party Flutter packages and platform services to provide application functionality.
These include:
TinyTown uses the Google Play in-app update functionality to check for application updates and, when applicable, request an update.
The operation of Google Play services is governed by Google's own policies and terms.
TinyTown uses local application preferences to store the player's high score.
This information is stored locally rather than in a TinyTown-operated online database.
TinyTown uses the Provider framework for managing application state.
Provider is a software development library and is not used by TinyTown as an independent data collection service.
TinyTown uses Google Fonts through the application's Flutter font package to provide its visual typography.
The application does not use the font package as a mechanism for collecting a user's personal information.
The current version of TinyTown does not include an advertising SDK or advertising functionality in the supplied application code.
Accordingly, the Game does not intentionally collect information for targeted advertising through an advertising network.
If advertising is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the applicable Google Play disclosures will be updated as required.
The current supplied implementation does not contain an analytics SDK or a dedicated third-party analytics service.
TinyTown does not intentionally create behavioral analytics profiles of users through the supplied gameplay code.
If analytics functionality is introduced in a future version, the relevant privacy disclosures will be updated before or when that functionality is introduced, as required by applicable rules.
TinyTown does not require users to submit personal information to play the Game.
The Game does not contain a user registration system, profile system, password system, or account-management functionality in the supplied implementation.
Users should nevertheless avoid voluntarily entering personal information into any external application or service to which they may choose to share their copied city layout.
TinyTown is a general puzzle game and does not intentionally require children to provide personal information.
The Game does not knowingly request a child's name, email address, telephone number, physical address, or other direct personal information for gameplay.
Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of mobile applications according to their family's preferences and applicable local requirements.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information directly to the developer in connection with TinyTown, please contact us through the available contact method so that the matter can be reviewed.
We take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the Game to avoid unnecessary collection of personal information.
Because the Game's primary gameplay information is processed locally, TinyTown does not operate a central TinyTown user database for the supplied gameplay functionality.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The security of information stored by the Android operating system, Google Play, or other third-party services is also subject to the security practices and policies of those providers.
The Game's locally stored high score remains on the device until it is removed by the application, the user, or the operating system.
Users can generally remove locally stored application data by clearing the application's data or uninstalling the application, subject to the device's operating-system behavior.
Because TinyTown does not maintain a central online gameplay account in the supplied implementation, the developer does not retain an online copy of the user's high score.
TinyTown does not sell, rent, or trade users' personal information.
The supplied Game does not intentionally transmit gameplay information to a TinyTown-operated server.
Third-party platform services, such as Google Play, may independently process technical or service-related information as necessary to provide their services. Such processing is governed by the respective third party's terms and privacy policies.
The supplied application does not require gameplay-specific access to sensitive device resources such as:
Contacts.
Camera.
Microphone.
Location.
SMS.
Phone calls.
Calendar.
Photos or videos for gameplay.
The Game uses normal application functionality and platform services necessary for its operation.
Actual permissions shown to users may depend on the final Android build, Flutter configuration, manifest configuration, and third-party dependencies included in the released application.
The core puzzle mechanics are implemented locally.
The Game can use Google Play's update service when checking for application updates.
The availability and behavior of network-dependent platform services may depend on the user's device, Google Play services, internet connection, and regional availability.
TinyTown does not require users to visit an external website to play the Game.
If a user chooses to interact with a third-party service, such as Google Play, that service may have its own privacy practices.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of third-party services before using them.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game's functionality, data practices, legal requirements, or third-party services change.
When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy will be updated.
Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
Depending on your device and operating system, you may control certain application data through your device settings.
For example, you may be able to:
Clear TinyTown's stored application data.
Uninstall TinyTown.
Control network access through device-level controls where supported.
Control access to device features through operating-system settings.
Because TinyTown does not require an online account for its core gameplay, there is no account-registration process that users need to complete or cancel.
If you have questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or TinyTown's privacy practices, please contact the developer through the official contact method provided on the application's Google Play Store listing or the developer's official support channel.
Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary to resolve your request.
This Privacy Policy applies to the TinyTown: Tiny Town Grid Puzzle mobile application and the functionality described above.
This Privacy Policy does not govern third-party services that may be accessed through the Android operating system, Google Play, or other services outside the application's direct control. Those services maintain their own policies.
