The major focus in Pre-Nursery/Play Group is to develop the kid's sensory skills. Here, their personal and emotional development is taken by designing the classes based on the play and learning methods. That's why TINY HANDS employs the tried and tested Play-way method for it. Kids are kept engaged in interesting and fun activities and are made to learn about their surroundings.
Here, the kids not only get to know about their surroundings but are also prompted to explore them. The lessons are imparted through interactive methods that offer development of language, sensory skills, cognitive skills as well as gross and fine motor skills. In fact, nursery is the foundational stone for fine motor skills like crayon coloring etc.
In Lower Kindergarten, the focus now shifts from the Play-way method to hands-on or experiential learning. The enquiry based approach is adopted to prompt kids to ask questions and instill curiosity in them. In LKG, the kids start to improve their writing skills. Along with academics the life skills also plays an important part in the education and growth of the child.
Upper Kindergarten is the final step towards schooling. The kids start to ask questions on their own as well as start answering the questions asked by teachers. The curiosity increases further. Various activities are performed for comprehensive development including gross motor skills like Yoga, dance, Story Yoga, STEM classes. They also start to develop their language by forming sentences.
