Currently I use Krita for my art with sometimes substituting Ibis paint X or using traditional art for the sketching process if a piece is truly difficult. So be warn by digital art may appear more pixely then smooth.

Firstly when I'm commissioned the wait time can be between 1-7 days or Month or a half to complete. It all depends on my life or workload.
I like to go pay 50% up front, and 50% when finished. I'd send the sketch- fix it up as asked then you can send the first payment, once I complete the peace to satisfaction then you'd send the last payment.

[1.] I'll give Refunds if I do not produce work after accepting the first payment.
[2.] I don't produce what the client wants, however if this is the case the art I had then produce by then is then not allowed to be used commercially or private use.
[3.] I won't be giving Refunds if I accepted the final piece payment and have been producing work after the first payment.
