Simply press one of the "Safe", "Tweaked" or "Extreme" buttons at the bottom of the program screen and, subsequently, the rocket symbol in the upper left corner to automatically deactivate a few (Safe), some (Tweaked) or many (Extreme) operating system services. The more they are disabled and the more responsive the PC is, but stopping too many services could lead to problems such as printer or Bluetooth not working; in this case it's sufficient to switch to a less invasive profile (for example Extreme -> Tweaked) to resolve.
