Everyone wants to tell their stories! Yes, of course. Who doesn’t like to?
The urge to tell a story is inherent in all of us. The world is full of stories. Our life is a story. As old stories stale, new ones come up to take their place. An interesting story sells well. We are all producers and consumers of stories today. Everyone wants to hear a great story, and in turn wants to tell great stories themselves. Stories are what makes our life interesting !
New age technologies have made story-telling a lot easier than before. In the earlier days, to tell your story, you could publish a novel or a book. Now, there are several platforms available. And, most new ones are online digital platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram, Pinterest, etc. And, your story can be in multi-media – text, music, photos and videos.
However, here, we are talking about stories that creative ‘problem-solving’ people want to tell others about their creations or solutions. The creations we are talking here are about technological solutions that one has come up in the processing of solving a need, a real-life challenge, or about a new and creative idea. Basically, DIY’ers, hobbyists, tinkers, students, professional designers, and just-curious types can all fit in this category of people who want to tell their stories.
