Tinh T. Bui received the B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees in telecommunications engineering from the Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. He is currently working toward his PhD degree at Memorial University, Canada. His research interests include classical optimization, signal processing and wireless communication systems. 

He was awarded the Best Paper Award at IEEE Global Communications Conference (GLOBECOM) 2022. He has been awarded the highly prestigious Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship, one of Canada’s most competitive and esteemed awards in recognition of his exceptional academic excellence, research potential, and leadership.
