I believe life is a challenging but fun place that can always be made better by gaining knowledge and collectively working together to improve ourselves and the lives we touch.

My personal journey has led me through the corporate world in the areas of leadership, human resources, finance, corporate training, project management, production facility management, college teaching and small business ownership.

I am a product of the Community College system - taking 13 years to complete my Associates Degree, one class at a time.  If it were not for the support and encouragement I received throughout my educational journey, I would not be here today with such a passion for sharing knowledge and personal growth.

My education includes completing my Bachelors in Business in 2010, my  MBA in 2012 and my Doctorate in Business Administration in June 2019.  I also received my certification as a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR) in January 2023.

In 2024 I graduated as a Certified Jay Shetty Life & Success Coach through their accredited school by the Association for Coaching® (AC) which is a leading independent, and not-for-profit professional body dedicated to promoting best practice and raising the awareness and standards of coaching, worldwide.

As a life coach, my passion is to guide others to become the BEST version of themself.  

My personal and professional path has been filled with bumps, curves and hills,  but having support has been key in striving to become my best self and learning how to support others on their life journey.
