Tim Tim Apps ("Service", "Tim Tim Apps", "we," "us," or "our") collects information from you in order to provide better service and a better user experience. Your privacy is a top priority to us, and this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. What information we use and how we use it:


1. Read Phone status & Identity

This permission allows Tim Tim Apps to recognize an incoming / outgoing call and to switch between the User System interface and call interface or announces / shows the caller name while some one is calling, you will identify it without looking to your smart phone.



2. Read your text messages (SMS or MMS)

We do not save or upload your messages. We use this permission to read your text messages when you search messages in search bar or announce the sender name while some one is send you a message, you will identify it without looking to your smart phone.



3. Take Pictures & Videos

This permission allows Tim Tim Apps to use your device's camera to take photos / videos and turn ON/OFF Camera Flash. We do not save or upload your photos/videos.



4. Approximate location (network-based)

This permission allows Tim Tim Apps to identify & display your location on map or apps installed by anonymous surrounding users and to recommend popular apps based on users' location. We really take great care of your privacy we just get your current location to show you on map. We do not share your current location to any third party. This information is untraceable.



5. Read your contacts

Tim Tim Apps does not save or upload your contacts. Permission to access contact information is used when you search contacts in Galaxy Apps Studio search bar.



6. Read calendar events plus confidential information

This information is used only in the Tim Tim Apps to remind you of your latest calendar events. We do not save or upload any of your calendar information.



7. Reshape or delete the contents of your USB storage

This permission allows Tim Tim Apps to delete app data(image, text, audio etc..) stored on their SD card.



8. Read the contents of your USB storage

This permission allows Tim Tim Apps to view app data(image, text, audio etc..) stored on their SD card.



9. Find accounts on the devices

Tim Tim Apps does not recognize or save your account information for any programs. Tim Tim Apps only detects whether users have a Google account linked with the device which helps us confirm the state of Google Service and provide users with appropriate application download and update methods.



10. Read Google service configuration

This information is used to acquire advertising ID. Tim Tim Apps provide users with better advertising service by using such anonymous ID.



11. Change network connectivity

This permission is used in Tim Tim Apps settings & notification toolbar, in order to change/check network connectivity.



12. Connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi

This permission is used in Tim Tim Apps settings and notification toolbar in order to connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi.



13. Full network access

This permission is used to access the device's network for certain functions including receiving update notifications or accessing app classification labels.



14. View network connections

This permission is used in Tim Tim Apps settings & notification toolbar, in order to view network connections.



15. View Wi-Fi connections

This permission is used in Tim Tim Apps settings & notification toolbar, in order to view Wi-Fi connections.



16. Access Bluetooth settings

This permission is used in Tim Tim Apps settings, in order to turn on and off the Bluetooth.



17. Pair with Bluetooth devices

This permission is used in Tim Tim Apps settings, in order to pair with Bluetooth devices.



18. Close other apps

This permission is used in Tim Tim Apps Boost in order to turn off the back-end apps and make the phone run faster.



19. Retrieve running apps

This permission is used in Tim Tim Apps Boost in order to view the running apps.



20. Run as startup

Tim Tim Apps will run as startup to provide users with a launcher service.



21. Draw over other apps

This permission allows the Tim Tim Apps Free Swipe tab to be displayed as a floating window on other apps.



22. Control vibration

This permission allows Tim Tim Apps to make the phone vibrate once after users set the device on vibrate, confirming the setting has been turned on.



23. Adjust your wallpaper size

This permission allows users to crop Tim Tim Apps wallpaper to the desired size.



24. Set wallpaper

This permission allows users to set a selected Tim Tim Apps image as their wallpaper.



25. Read sync settings

This permission is used in Tim Tim Apps power's save mode, and allows Tim Tim Apps to recognize whether sync settings are turned on or off.



26. Toggle sync on and off

This permission is used in Tim Tim Apps power's save mode, and allows Tim Tim Apps to synchronize with the user's sync settings.



27. Expand/collapse status bar

This permission is used for the gesture feature of Tim Tim Apps User System to expand and collapse the status bar.



28. Install shortcuts

This permission is used to install shortcuts on other launchers, so users can continue to use Tim Tim Apps related functions.



29. Measure app storage space

This permission is used to acquire the amount of storage space used by an application.



30. Change system settings

This permission is used in Tim Tim Apps settings, in order to switch or adjust ringtone, vibration and brightness level of the screen.



31. Read Home settings & shortcuts

This permission is used to acquire the user's Home settings and shortcuts, in order to maintain user preferences.



32. Uninstall shortcuts

This permission allows Tim Tim Apps to delete the shortcuts created by Tim Tim Apps in other Android launchers.



33. Photos⁄Media⁄Files

Modify or delete the contents of your USB storage Test access to protected storage. When user recommends friends to download Tim Tim Apps by sharing to social network, we need to save an introduction picture to be shared on SD card. We won't access other file on SD card.



34. Device & app history

Retrieve running apps. We use this information to boost your Android phone effectively, clean your device's RAM and make your phone speed up in depth.



35. Third Party SDKs


Not with standing anything else in this policy, we may work with partners who use mobile SDKs, including the Firebase,any third party SDK or OneSignal Messaging SDK, to passively collect information (collectively, "SDK Information"), which generally helps us deliver personalized notifications and interest based Advertising. This data may also be used to identify you in a unique manner across other devices or browsers for the purposes of customizing ads or content. Depending on the permissions granted to this application, this information may include personally identifiable information (PII) including your e-mail address, Device ID, Advertising ID etc. This information may also include precise location (i.e. GPS-level data) or WiFi information, apps you have installed and enabled, and your mobile identifier (e.g., Android Advertising ID).


We may also engage a third party partner for the purpose of identifying users and delivering to them interest-based content and advertisements. We may share information about you with our partners such as your name, postal address, email, or other identifier and may do so non-human readable form to ensure the security of your information. Our partners also may collect information directly from your device, such as your IP address, device ID, information about your browser or operating system, and depending on your device settings, your geographic location data, including GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device; may combine our personal and non-personal information about you with information from other sources and may place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser.


Third-Party Business Partners.


Base on you consent, we may work with and share some of your informaiton with our third-party advertising partners to provide you with advertisements or other tailored content. For more information about our own adversising practice and those of third-party partners, please visit our Ad Choice policy and our Ads Partners policy. We may share information related to users of our service with affiliates or unaffiliated third parties on a de-identified, aggregate basis. While this informaiton will not identify you personally, in some instances these parties may be able to combile these aggregate ,de-identified informaiton with other data they have about you, or that they receive from other parties, in a manner that allows them to identify you personally.


Designate Countries: Pursuant to the Data Protection Laws, we process the personla informaiton of user located in the Designated Countries based on your consent.



36. Consumer Control & Opt-Out Options


a. Opting-out of Firebase or OneSignal Push Notifications:


You may in most cases opt out of receiving push notifications by going to your device "Settings" and clicking on "Notifications," and then changing those settings for some or all of the apps on your device. (Different device configurations, or updates to devices, may affect or change how these settings work.)


b. Opting Out of "Cross-App" Advertising on Mobile Devices:


You can opt out of having your mobile advertising identifiers used for certain types of interest-based (also called "cross-app") mobile behavioral advertising, by accessing the "settings" on your Apple or Android mobile device, as follows: By opening the Google Settings app on your device, selecting Ads, and then selecting the option to opt-out of interest-based ads. (Different device configurations, or updates to devices, may affect or change how these settings work.)



37. How we protect your information

We have implemented commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from accidental loss and from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, please note that although we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no app, website, Internet transmission, computer system or wireless connection is completely secure.



38. How we share your information

We may retain third parties to perform services on our behalf and we may collaborate with third parties with respect to particular products or services. These third parties may be provided with access to the information needed to perform their functions, as long as they agree to keep the information confidential. We reserve the right to disclose your information as required by law, when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with a regulatory requirement, judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our users, the public or Tim Tim Apps.



39. Children's Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.



40. Changes to the Privacy Policy

Tim Tim Apps may, in its sole discretion, change this Privacy Policy from time to time, any and all changes will be reflected here and the date new versions are posted will be stated at the top of this Privacy Policy, so please review it periodically.


41. Special Information for California Residents


California law allows users of the Services who are California residents to request and receive once a year, free of charge, a notice from us describing what categories of personal information (if any) we shared with third parties, including our corporate affiliates, for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to request a copy of this notice, please contact contacting us as provided in the “How to Contact Us” section. In your request, please specify that you want a “California Privacy Rights Notice.” Please allow at least thirty (30) days for a response.


In addition, if you are a California resident under the age of 18 and are a registered user of the Services, you may request that we remove content or information that you posted on Services or stored on our servers by: submitting a request as provided in the “How to Contact Us” section and (ii) clearly identifying the content or information you wish to have removed and providing sufficient information to allow us to locate the content or information to be removed.


However, please note that we are not required to erase or otherwise eliminate content or information if:


other state or federal laws require us or a third party to maintain the content or information;


the content or information was posed, stored, or republished by another user;


the content or information is anonymized so that the minor cannot be individually identified;


the minor does not follow the instructions posted in this Privacy Policy on how to request removal of such content or information; and (e) the minor has received compensation or other consideration for providing the content.


Further, nothing in this provision shall be construed to limit the authority of a law enforcement agency to obtain such content or information.


42. Designated Countries


We transfer your personal information subject to appropriate safeguards as permitted under the Data Protection Laws. Specifically, when your personal information is transferred out of the Designated Countries, we have the required contractual provisions for transferring personal information in place with the third-parties to which your information is transferred. For such transfers, we rely on legal transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or we work with U.S. based third parties that are certified under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.
