Hi! I'm Timm, a postdoc at the Department of Economics at the University of Hamburg. Previously, I did my PhD at the Department of Economics at the University of Gothenburg.

My research interests lie in applied micro theory, broadly speaking, although I am also involved in some experimental work. At the moment I am particularly interested in questions related to discrimination, the internal organization of parties (particularly the selection of political leaders), and meritocratic selection more broadly.
