If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Time Remembered provides tools for managing, organizing, and viewing your photos and videos.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You must not:
Use the App for illegal activities
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Photos and videos accessed through the App remain your property.
You are responsible for the content you store or manage through the App.
We do not claim ownership of your photos or videos.
Future versions of the App may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.
Subscription details may include:
Weekly or monthly subscription plans
Optional free trial periods
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.
If a free trial is offered:
Payment will be charged when the trial ends unless canceled before the trial period expires.
Unused portions of a free trial may be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
All app design, features, and functionality are owned by Time Remembered and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee that:
The App will be uninterrupted
The App will be error-free
All features will always be available
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Time Remembered shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
