This privacy policy governs your use of the software application PrankCall : AI Practical Jokes (“Application”) for mobile devices.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User-Provided Information

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application for audit trailing purposes. We are not using the user's personal information for other than the mentioned purpose.

We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, and required notices. We will not send marketing promotions through the app.

Automatically Collected Information

For a better experience, while using our Service, we do not ask for any additional information except Device ID and Approximate Location. The Device ID and Approximate Location are only used for making User Experience better, The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. Other Operating System Information is collected by the Google Play Service Firebase Crashlytics for making sure that Users don't have any problems ( Crash, Bug, Unexpected Exit, etc ) while using the application.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Does the Application collect precise location information on the device?

NO, applications do not collect the user's precise location to perform some specific tasks that are dependent on the GPS locations.

No. We are not sharing your personal information with third parties. As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;

when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect our safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. Children

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 15. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you know that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I can do necessary actions.
