TimecodeCalc does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information to external servers. All data generated and used by the app is stored locally on your device.
Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The app securely stores limited data to enhance your experience, including:
Application settings: your preferred frame rate and theme preferences.
Calculation history: timecode calculations performed within the app, stored solely for your convenience.
In-app purchase: used to verify your support contributions. These are managed by Google Play Store and follow their privacy practices.
All locally stored data remains entirely on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
Third-Party Services
TimecodeCalc integrates with Google Play In-App Billing to process optional support purchases.
When you make a purchase, your payment is handled by Google Play according to their privacy policy. We do not have access to your payment details.
Data Deletion
You can delete all locally stored data at any time by selecting “Delete All Data” in the app settings.
This permanently removes all calculation history and resets preferences.
Alternatively, uninstalling the app will erase all associated data from your device.
Permissions
TimecodeCalc does not require access to your camera, location, contacts, or external storage.
The app runs entirely within its own secure sandbox environment.
Children’s Privacy
The app is not directed toward children under 13.
TimecodeCalc does not knowingly collect or store information from children.
Data Security
All data remains local to your device. The security of your information therefore depends on your device’s safeguards.
We recommend using device encryption and screen lock features to protect your data.
Your Rights
You have full control over your data.
You may view, modify, or delete all locally stored information through the app interface at any time.
No data leaves your device without your explicit action.
Analytics and Tracking
TimecodeCalc does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
We do not monitor usage or collect behavioral data of any kind.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
Any revisions will be indicated by an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
