This Privacy Policy explains how Time Announcer handles user information.
Time Announcer may request access to the device’s approximate location.
The approximate location is used only to determine and display the user’s city name as part of the personalized clock display.
Location information is processed locally on the user’s device. It is not transmitted to Haris Studio, stored on external servers, sold, or shared with third parties.
The app does not request precise location or background location.
Time Announcer does not collect or share personal information.
The app does not use:
Advertising services
Analytics or tracking services
Firebase
Crash-reporting services
User accounts
Cloud storage
External servers
The app does not sell user information.
The app uses approximate location permission only to determine the city name displayed within the app.
Users may deny this permission. Some location-based display features may not work, but the main time-announcement functionality can still be used.
Time Announcer may ask the user to allow background activity or exclude the app from battery optimization.
This is used to help scheduled voice announcements operate reliably when the phone screen is off or the app is not actively open.
This permission does not provide Haris Studio with access to personal information.
Time Announcer uses standard Android libraries, Material Components and the Lottie animation library.
These libraries are used for app functionality, interface compatibility and local animations. They are not used by Time Announcer for advertising, analytics or tracking.
Time Announcer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because Time Announcer does not transmit or store personal information on external servers, Haris Studio does not retain user data.
Users can remove locally stored app settings by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the app’s features or data practices change. Updates will be posted on this page.
