This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Tilt ("the App"), developed by Soft Trump Software Solutions. We are committed to a "Privacy-by-Design" philosophy. Tilt is built as a local-first utility, ensuring that your data remains on your physical device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party cloud provider.
Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. No account registration or social media login is required to use the App.
Usage Data: Any configurations, interactions, or activity within the App are stored exclusively on your device using AsyncStorage. We have no access to this information.
Technical Data: The App does not utilize third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or cookies to monitor user behavior.
To provide a high-performance and responsive experience, the App utilizes the following system features:
Haptics/Vibration: Used to provide tactile feedback for user interactions.
System UI: Used to manage the edge-to-edge display and translucent status bar settings.
Storage: Used solely to save and load your app preferences locally via AsyncStorage.
Local Persistence: Because your data is stored locally, its security is managed by your device's own security protocols.
Data Retention: Your data persists only as long as the App is installed on your device.
Data Deletion: Uninstalling the App will result in the permanent deletion of all locally stored data. We do not maintain any external backups of your information.
The App is built using the Expo framework and distributed through the Google Play Store. These platforms may collect basic technical information (such as device model or OS version) to facilitate app delivery and performance monitoring, as governed by their respective privacy policies. This App does not include third-party advertising SDKs.
Tilt is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Since no data is transmitted to Soft Trump Software Solutions, we do not hold personal information for any user group.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and regulatory reasons.
