Tile Explorer Simple Fun Game

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game Tile Explorer Simple Fun Game (package com.tileexplorer.simplefun, "the App"), published by SoftX Solution ("we", "us"), collects, how it is used and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. INFORMATION STORED ONLY ON YOUR DEVICE

Your game progress (unlocked levels, stars, coins, boosters, Piggy Bank, chosen scenery, and music, sound and vibration settings) is saved only on your device. It is never uploaded to us. Uninstalling the App deletes it.

2. INSTALL STATISTICS

The first time you open the App after installing it, the App sends a one-time, anonymous install event to our servers so that we can count installs. It contains:

a random install ID created by the App;
a one-way hashed device key (a SHA-256 hash of the Android ID combined with the app package name, which cannot be reversed to reveal the Android ID);
the app package name and version, and the platform (Android);
the Android version, device manufacturer and model;
the device time zone.

It does not contain your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts or advertising ID. Once it has been sent successfully, it is not sent again for that installation.

3. ADVERTISING

The App is free and shows ads served by Google AdMob, including ads from Meta Audience Network through AdMob mediation. These providers may collect device identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID), IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, and ad interaction data in order to show, personalise (where permitted) and measure ads, and to prevent fraud. Their use of data is governed by their own policies:

Google: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Meta: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/

You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device's Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Settings → Google → Ads, depending on your device).

4. PERMISSIONS

The App uses internet and network-state access only to send the install event and to load ads, and the advertising ID permission for ads. It does not access your contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone or location.

5. DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share the install event with third parties. Advertising data is collected directly by the ad providers listed above.

6. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION

All data sent by the App is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Install statistics are kept only as long as needed to count installs and improve the App.

7. CHILDREN

The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access or delete data about you. Because the install event is anonymous, we usually cannot link it to you; contact us and we will help where we can.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
