TIG STUDIO VN ("TIG STUDIO", "we", "us" or "our") develops and publishes casual games and applications ("apps") for mobile devices and tablets. Our apps are distributed through the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store and the Amazon Appstore.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we and our partners collect when you use our apps, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to all apps published by TIG STUDIO VN unless a specific app displays its own separate policy.
In this policy, "personal information" means information that identifies you or that can reasonably be linked to you or to your device, including device identifiers and advertising identifiers.
By downloading and using our apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.
Our apps do not ask you to register, create an account, or sign in. We do not ask you for your name, email address, postal address, phone number or date of birth in order to play.
If you contact us by email for support, we receive whatever information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address and a description of your issue. We use that information only to answer you.
When you use our apps, we and our partners automatically collect:
Device and technical information — device model, manufacturer, operating system and version, screen size and language, country or region, mobile network and connection type, time zone, and app version.
Identifiers — your device's advertising identifier (the Google Advertising ID on Android devices, the Amazon Advertising ID on Fire tablets, or the Identifier for Advertisers on iOS), an app installation identifier, and similar identifiers generated by the SDKs listed in section 4.
Gameplay and app activity — levels started and completed, in-app screens opened, buttons and features used, session length and frequency, progress and settings, and whether you interacted with an advertisement.
Diagnostics and crash data — crash logs, error reports, and performance data such as load times, used to find and fix problems.
Purchase records — where an app offers in-app purchases, we receive a record that a purchase was completed together with the item purchased. See section 2.4.
Our apps do not request device location permission and do not collect GPS or precise location data. Our advertising partners may infer an approximate region — typically at the country or city level — from your IP address, so that advertising and content are appropriate for your region and so that we can comply with regional privacy laws. We do not collect or store precise location data.
Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases, such as removing advertising or buying an in-game item. Where they do, the purchase is processed entirely by the app store you downloaded the app from — Google Play, the Apple App Store or the Amazon Appstore. We never receive, see or store your payment card details, bank details or billing address. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was completed and which item it was, so that we can unlock the content in the app.
If you install one of our apps after clicking an advertisement, our attribution partner may receive information from the advertising platform about which campaign or advertisement led to your install. This helps us understand which of our advertising works.
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
Providing the app — running the game, saving your progress and settings, unlocking purchased content, and delivering daily content.
Improving our apps — understanding which features and levels are used, finding where players get stuck, and diagnosing crashes and performance problems.
Advertising — showing advertising inside our free apps, including personalised advertising where permitted, measuring whether advertising was shown or clicked, and limiting how often the same advertisement is shown to you.
Marketing our apps — measuring the performance of our own advertising campaigns and attributing installs to the campaign that produced them.
Fraud prevention and security — detecting invalid advertising traffic, fraudulent purchases, and abuse of our services.
Legal compliance — meeting our obligations under applicable law and responding to lawful requests.
Where the law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on your consent for personalised advertising and non-essential analytics, on the performance of our agreement with you for running the app itself, and on our legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention and basic app improvement.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with the categories of partners below so that our apps can function, be supported by advertising, and be improved.
Our free apps are supported by advertising. We and our advertising partners collect and share personal information — principally device and advertising identifiers, and information about advertisements shown — in order to select and measure advertising. The advertising, mediation and monetisation providers we work with across our apps include:
AppLovin — including AppLovin MAX mediation and the AppLovin advertising network
Chartboost
Mintegral
Google — Google AdMob and Google Ad Manager
Unity — Unity Ads and Unity LevelPlay (formerly ironSource) mediation
Meta Platforms — Meta Audience Network
Liftoff — Vungle / Liftoff Monetize
Amazon — Amazon Publisher Services, on Amazon Fire devices
Google Firebase — Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config and Firebase Installations
AppsFlyer — install attribution and marketing measurement
The app store you downloaded the app from — Google, Apple or Amazon — for distribution, in-app purchase processing and store analytics
Not every partner listed above is present in every one of our apps. The partners active in a particular app depend on which advertising and analytics components are built into that app and on the store you downloaded it from. For example, apps downloaded from the Amazon Appstore do not use Google Play billing, and apps that do not show advertising do not use advertising partners at all.
We may also disclose personal information to professional advisers, or to law enforcement or other authorities, where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of TIG STUDIO VN, our players or the public, or is necessary to investigate fraud or a security incident.
Each partner processes information under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to read the policies of the partners relevant to you; they are published on each partner's own website.
You can limit interest-based advertising at any time from your device settings. Advertising will still appear in our free apps, but it will be less personalised.

Where we rely on your consent — for example, a consent prompt shown when you first open the app in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Brazil — you can withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.
Because our apps do not use accounts, the simplest and most complete way to remove the data stored on your device is to uninstall the app. This deletes your local progress and settings.
To ask us to delete the data associated with your device that is held by us or our partners, email support@tigstudio.app with the name of the app. To help us find the right records, please include your device's advertising identifier if you are able to. We will respond to every request and will act on it within the time limits set by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we process it, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland have these rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR. Residents of California have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Residents of Brazil have these rights under the LGPD. Other regions may provide similar rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@tigstudio.app. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
In some cases we may be unable to fulfil a request in full — for example, where we cannot verify that the request relates to your device, where the information has already been deleted or anonymised, or where the law requires us to keep certain records. Where that happens we will explain why.
If you believe we have not handled your personal information properly, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Our apps are general-audience products and are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@tigstudio.app and we will delete it promptly.
TIG STUDIO VN is based in Vietnam, and our partners operate globally. Your personal information may therefore be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States, and those countries may have different data protection laws. Where such a transfer takes place from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we and our partners rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including transmission over encrypted connections and limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or for as long as required by law. Analytics and advertising data is typically retained by our partners for a limited period under each partner's own retention schedule. Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
Our apps are not websites and do not use browser cookies in the ordinary sense. However, the SDKs described in section 4 use similar technologies — including device identifiers, local storage on your device, and software development kits that record app events — to recognise a device across sessions, measure advertising and produce analytics. Where an advertisement opens a web page, that web page may set its own cookies, which are controlled by the advertiser rather than by us.
If TIG STUDIO VN is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, bankruptcy, or a sale of some or all of its assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will take reasonable steps to ensure the information remains protected, and we will note any change of controller in this policy.

We review this policy periodically and may update it to reflect changes in our apps, our partners, or applicable law. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where required, we will notify you inside the app or ask for your consent again.
