2. Listing & Marketing. Now it's time to send notice across over 200+ websites that your property is for sale. This includes the most comprehensive source, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), realtor.com, homes.com, zillow.com, trulia.com, and many others. I can create flyers, newsletters, signage, social media threads, and networking with fellow agents to get the most exposure possible.
3. Showings & Offers. Potential buyers will request to look at your home and each appointment can be scheduled. Once an offer has been submitting I will walk you through the details to help you evaluate how closely the terms meet your needs.
4. Closing. All necessary repairs were completed if any; documents have been processed by lender, the attorney's, and together you and I will review the settlement statement along with signing documents. Once the funds are distributed after verified documents, the keys are handed over and YOUR HOME IS SOLD!
