This Privacy Policy explains how Tidytarget Hr (the “App”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile application.
The App is operated by Intopros Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Tidytarget Hr is a workplace human resources and payroll application. Your account is created and managed by your employer. You sign in using the Company ID, email address, and password provided by your employer.
Your employer determines what HR and employment-related information is recorded and managed through the App. We process and store this information on behalf of your employer to provide the HR and payroll services available through the App.
Depending on the features enabled by your employer, the App may collect and process the following information:
This may include:
Full name
Work email address
Phone number
Employee ID or employee code
Job title or position
Profile photograph
We use this information to authenticate your account, display your profile, and provide employee directory functionality within your organization.
If enabled by your employer and provided by you, we may collect:
Bank name
Branch name
Bank account number
This information is used to support salary and payroll processing by your employer.
The App may process employment-related financial information, including:
Salary information
Payslips
Expense claims
Salary advance requests
Loan requests
Other payroll-related records
This information is used to provide payroll services, display your payslips, and allow you to submit and track relevant requests.
The App may collect and process:
Check-in and check-out times
Attendance records
Leave requests and records
Late requests
Work-from-home requests
Work logs
This information is used to manage attendance, working hours, leave, and other workplace-related activities.
The App may allow you to upload or capture:
Receipt photographs for expense claims
Your profile photograph
The App accesses your camera or photo library only when you choose to take or select a photograph for these purposes.
We do not continuously access your camera or photo library.
The App may collect a device push notification token provided by Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
This token is used to deliver notifications, such as updates regarding attendance, leave requests, expense claims, payroll, or other actions within the App.
The App does not collect or access the following information unless explicitly required by a feature described in this Privacy Policy:
Precise or continuous location information
Contacts
Text messages
Call logs
Audio recordings
Browsing history
Advertising identifiers for advertising purposes
We do not use location tracking in the App.
We use the information described above only as necessary to provide the HR, payroll, attendance, and workplace-related services available through the App.
This includes:
Authenticating and maintaining your account
Displaying your employee profile
Providing employee directory functionality
Displaying payroll information and payslips
Processing expense claims
Processing salary advance and loan requests
Managing attendance and working hours
Processing leave and work-from-home requests
Managing work logs
Sending relevant push notifications
Providing support and maintaining the security and functionality of the App
We do not:
Sell your personal information
Use your information for advertising
Use your information for marketing unrelated to the services provided by the App
Use advertising or analytics tracking within the App
Your information may be accessible to the following parties, depending on your employer's configuration and applicable permissions.
Authorized HR personnel, administrators, managers, and other authorized representatives of your employer may access your HR, attendance, payroll, and employment-related information according to the permissions and roles assigned by your employer.
Certain basic profile information, such as your name, job title, work email address, and phone number, may be visible to other employees through your organization's employee directory, depending on your employer's configuration.
We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate and support the App.
For example, we use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications. We may also use hosting and infrastructure providers to operate our servers and store application data.
These service providers process information only as necessary to provide services to us and are not authorized to use your information for their own unrelated purposes.
We may disclose information when required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or other valid legal process, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights, users, or the security of our services.
We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy or with your employer as part of providing the App's services.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
These measures include:
Encrypting data transmitted between the App and our servers using HTTPS/TLS
Protecting authentication sessions using secure storage mechanisms on your device
Using role-based access controls to restrict access to HR information
Restricting access to personal and employment information to authorized users and systems
However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide services to your employer and while your employer's account remains active.
When your employment ends, your employer may request or initiate the deletion or retention of your information in accordance with applicable policies and legal requirements.
Certain payroll, tax, attendance, or employment records may need to be retained for a longer period where required by applicable Nepalese law or other legal obligations.
When information is no longer required and there is no legal obligation to retain it, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
Information downloaded and stored directly on your device, such as payslips or documents, remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
Depending on your employer's policies and applicable law, you may have the following rights:
You may view certain information through the App and may be able to update information such as:
Phone number
Bank details
Profile photograph
For information that cannot be changed directly through the App, you may contact your employer's HR or authorized administrator.
You can disable push notifications through your device settings. Disabling notifications may prevent you from receiving timely updates about requests, attendance, payroll, or other App activities.
You can control camera and photo-library permissions through your device settings.
The App will only use these permissions when required for a feature you choose to use, such as uploading a receipt or profile photograph.
Your account is managed by your employer. If you want your account or personal information deleted, you should first contact your employer's HR or authorized administrator.

We will respond to eligible deletion requests within 30 days, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements.
Some information may need to be retained where required by law, including applicable payroll, tax, accounting, or employment records. Such information will be retained only for the period required and will be deleted when it is no longer legally required.
Tidytarget Hr is intended for employees aged 18 years and older.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at raj@intopros.com so that we can take appropriate action.
The App may use third-party services that are necessary to provide specific functionality.
Currently, this includes:
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
Used to deliver push notifications to your device.
We may use additional infrastructure, hosting, or service providers as necessary to operate and maintain the App. Any such providers are expected to process information only for the purposes of providing services to us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our services, legal requirements, or our privacy practices.
When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
If we make significant changes that materially affect your rights or how we process your information, we may provide additional notice through the App or other appropriate means.
