Tic Tac Toe Pro is built to be a fully offline experience.

User Profile Data: You may choose to enter a username and set a profile photo using your device's camera or gallery. This data is copied and stored locally on your device's internal storage and is never uploaded to any server or shared with third parties.
Game Statistics and Settings: Settings (such as Dark Mode toggle) and statistics (such as wins, losses, draws, and streaks) are stored locally using SharedPreferences. This information never leaves your device.
To enable specific features, the application requests the following permissions:
Camera Access: Used only when you choose to take a photo for your in-game profile.
Photo Library / Storage Access: Used only when you choose to select an existing photo from your gallery for your in-game profile.
No data retrieved from these permissions is transmitted or shared.
Tic Tac Toe Pro does not integrate any third-party software development kits (SDKs), advertising networks, analytics platforms, or cloud databases. There are no trackers, background analytics, or internet-dependent services active in this application.
Because we collect no personal data, Tic Tac Toe Pro is fully compliant with children's privacy regulations (including COPPA) and is safe for users of all ages.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since the application does not have internet access, any updates will be packaged and delivered via app store updates.
