The talk-fast, guess-faster party game for iPhone
Need help or found a bug?
Email shadyoak79@yahoo.com — please say which iPhone model and iOS version you're on, and what you were doing when it happened. I usually reply within a couple of days.
Point your phone at a table and the 3D board appears on it. Split into 2–4 teams. Each turn, one player describes the five answers on a card while their teammates shout guesses — every correct answer moves the team's piece forward. Before each round you spin for your pace: green is full speed, orange slows you down, red is tough, and "?" is a mystery revealed only after the round. First team to reach the Finish wins. The full rules, including the Joker, Steal the Seconds, bombs and the vortex, are under the book icon in the app.
The board won't appear / keeps drifting.
The camera needs a flat surface with some texture in decent light. Glass, mirrors and plain glossy white tables are the hardest; a wooden or cloth-covered table works best. Move the phone slowly in a small circle so it can map the surface, then tap to place the board. If it drifts later, use Adjust to nudge it, or Move board to another table in the ⋯ menu.
Can I play without the camera?
Yes. The map button at the top swaps the camera view for a flat 2D board. All the game features work the same way.
Can I change the round length?
Yes — 25, 30, 35 or 40 seconds, chosen when you start a new game. The Joker card always gets 5 seconds extra.
Can I add my own words?
Yes. Open My cards from the ⋯ menu or the new-game screen, pick a category, type five answers (and optional hints), and the card is shuffled into that category's pack.
A piece ended up in the wrong place after an argument.
Use Move a piece by hand in the ⋯ menu to put any team on any space. If a finish is disputed, the win screen has an Undo the finish option that replays the last round.
We had to stop halfway. Is the game lost?
No. The game saves after every turn. Next time you open the app and lock the board, you'll be offered the option to resume.
I can't hear the countdown or the voice.
Check the silent switch on the side of the phone is off and the volume is up. The tips screen at launch covers this and a few other things worth doing before a game (Airplane mode, charging, lighting).
Which iPhones are supported?
Any iPhone running iOS 16 or later that supports ARKit — in practice every model from the iPhone 6s onwards, though newer phones map the table faster.
Does the app collect any data?
No. Nothing leaves your phone. See the privacy policy.
A screenshot or a short screen recording (Control Centre → Screen Recording) makes bugs much quicker to find. If the app crashed, the crash is reported to me automatically only if you have Share With App Developers switched on in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements — otherwise, an email describing what happened is perfect.
