1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ticker Loop Chrome extension and the Ticker Loop website located at tickerloop.site (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Bradley Fischer (NIE: Y0076417R), an individual based in Spain. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Product Description Ticker Loop is a tool that automates the rotation of stock ticker charts on TradingView. Users with a Pro Licence may set custom intervals and enable automatic looping. The Pro Licence is sold as a single‑user licence, available on a monthly or yearly basis.
3. Licensing A Pro Licence grants one user the right to access premium features.
Licences may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or resold.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
4. Refund Policy All purchases are final. Ticker Loop does not offer refunds for digital goods. If you experience technical problems, you may contact support for assistance.
5. Payments Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. We do not collect, store, or access your full credit card information at any time.
6. User Responsibilities You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to reverse‑engineer, copy, or modify the extension.
Share your login or licence with others.
7. Service Availability Ticker Loop is provided on an "as‑is" basis. No guarantees are made regarding uptime, accuracy, or performance. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Ticker Loop and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You use the Service at your own risk.
9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.

User-Generated Content: Feedback messages, feature requests, bug reports, and rating comments/stars that you voluntarily submit via the extension.

Transaction Data: Payment verification status and subscription validity (via Lemon Squeezy). We do not collect, store, or see your credit card details.

Verify whether you hold an active Pro Licence.
Deliver and improve product functionality.
Review and act upon user feedback and ratings to fix bugs and improve the extension.
Monitor performance and usage patterns.

4. Third‑Party Services We share necessary data with the following third-party service providers (Data Processors):
Supabase: For authentication and database hosting.
Google Analytics: For anonymized analytics and usage tracking.
Lemon Squeezy: For payment processing and subscription management (Merchant of Record).
Automation Platforms (e.g., Zapier/Make): To route user feedback and system alerts to our internal support channels.
These companies only receive the minimum data needed to perform their functions.
5. Payment Information All transactions are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy. Ticker Loop does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card details.

Data is stored in encrypted Supabase databases.
Industry‑standard security measures are used.
No system is 100% secure, but we do our best to protect your information.
7. Data Retention We retain your information for as long as you maintain an account or Pro Licence, or as required for legitimate business purposes.

9. Children’s Privacy The Service is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Abuse server resources, APIs, or authentication systems.
Use the service for unlawful purposes.
Violation may result in account suspension without refund.
By signing up, you may receive optional marketing emails. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
This DPA forms part of the Privacy Policy. Ticker Loop acts as a Data Controller for all personal data collected. Third parties such as Supabase, Google Analytics, and Lemon Squeezy act as Data Processors, processing data only as required to provide their services.
Ticker Loop complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy:
Only minimum required data is collected.
Data is not sold to third parties.
Data is only used to provide or improve user-facing features.
No personally identifiable information is transmitted except when required for login/licencing.
Licence Check Notice Ticker Loop periodically verifies your Pro Licence status using encrypted communication with Supabase and Lemon Squeezy.
Analytics Notice Anonymous usage data may be collected to improve performance and user experience.
Update Notice Updates may be automatically applied via the Chrome Web Store.
