01. Data Collection
Tic Twist respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Our App does not require users to provide personal information such as name, email address, or phone number to play as a guest. We collect minimal data. Limited anonymous technical information may be collected automatically through third-party services. This may include device type, operating system, non-identifiable location, app usage statistics, and crash reports. This data is collected solely to improve app performance, stability, and user experience.
02. FIREBASE SERVICES
Tic Twist uses Google Firebase services to support core app functionality, including online connectivity, analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring. Firebase may collect anonymous usage data and device-related information to help us understand app performance and improve gameplay experience. No personally identifiable information is collected unless a user voluntarily signs in.
03. USER ACCOUNTS & DATA RETENTION
GUEST MODE: Users can play Tic Twist without creating an account. SIGN-IN (OPTIONAL): If a user chooses to sign in, limited game-related data is stored to enable features such as progress saving and leaderboards. ACCOUNT DELETION: When a user deletes their account, all associated data is permanently removed from our Firebase database. This process is irreversible, and deleted data cannot be recovered.
04. GLOBAL LEADERBOARD DATA
Leaderboard data is managed using Firebase. Scores and rankings may be visible publicly within the app. No personal information is displayed. When an account is deleted, all related leaderboard data is permanently removed.
05. ADVERTISING
Tic Twist may display third-party advertisements. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver relevant ads based on general app usage. We do not control, store, or access advertiser data. No personally identifiable information is shared directly by us with advertisers.
06. DATA USAGE PURPOSES
Automatically collected data is used strictly for improving app performance, monitoring crashes and stability, enhancing user experience, managing game features such as leaderboards, and displaying advertisements.
07. DATA SHARING
We do not sell, trade, or rent user data. Limited anonymous data may be shared only with trusted third-party services such as Google Firebase and advertising partners, strictly for operational, analytical, and advertising purposes.
08. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Tic Twist is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that such data has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.
09. SECURITY MEASURES
We rely on industry-standard security practices provided by Firebase and trusted third-party services. While reasonable measures are taken to protect data, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.
10. POLICY UPDATES
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
