Welcome to Tic Tac Toe (the “Service”), operated by Saleh Alkharraz / AST Team ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service, including the website, Discord Activity, game features, matchmaking, private rooms, and related services.

Quick Match matchmaking with random players
Private room creation and joining with invite codes
Real-time multiplayer features
Discord Activity integration
Related visual assets, game interfaces, and support features

3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

4. Accounts and Platform Access
The Service may be accessed through third-party platforms, including Discord. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platform services, outages, account actions, or policy enforcement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own accounts, devices, and platform access.
5. Matchmaking and Online Play
We do not guarantee that:
matchmaking will always be available
a match will be found within any specific time
private room codes will always function without interruption
online sessions will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
Multiplayer functionality depends on internet connectivity, third-party infrastructure, and service availability.
6. Virtual Conduct and Fair Play
You agree to play fairly and not manipulate matchmaking, game state, private rooms, or online communication systems. We may investigate abuse, suspicious activity, repeated disconnects, technical exploitation, or harmful conduct and may take moderation action as needed.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its code, designs, layout, logos, text, graphics, branding, visual assets, and game systems, are owned by us or our licensors, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service except as expressly allowed in writing.
8. User Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, feature requests, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation, unless otherwise required by law.
