By the time Carston was leaving the hospital, he failed to notice the broken mirrors on his car. He drove off and continued home to sleep. Only when he got home did he notice the broken mirrors. He determined that they must’ve been broken by a steel baseball bat. He went inside and then went to bed.

            The following morning, Willa went to the hospital to visit Felix. She arrived at his hospital room, and walked in. ‘Hey buddy, how ya feeling?’ she asked. Felix replied, ‘Other than my arm being bandaged and stitched up six ways to Sunday, I’m feeling good.’ Willa continued, ‘You really worried me yesterday when Jennifer texted me about what happened. I’m surprised that our group stalker would come after you and Katherine.’

            The friends continued to talk until Willa left to get some food from the cafeteria. On her way downstairs, she went in the doorway to Katherine’s room and waved at her. Katherine waved back, and pointed at her neck. Willa then went down to the cafeteria inside the hospital. As soon as Willa left the doorway, Katherine closed the door and started weeping. She couldn’t speak for the next few weeks due to the injuries caused from the knife slicing into her throat the night before.

            Willa made it to the cafeteria and bumped into one of her friends, Felicia, who was one of the nurses. ‘Felicia, how are you?’ she asked. Felicia, turned around and was pleasantly surprised to see her friend and former high school confidante. ‘Better now that you’re here. Why are you here?’ said Felicia. Willa replied, ‘I was seeing Felix given his arm injuries from yesterday’. ‘I heard that you have had some sort of stalker. Why not go to the police and ask them to guard you and your friends?’ Felicia then asked. ‘How’d you find that out?’ asked Willa. Felicia replied further, ‘Your mom called me the other day when I was out walking my dog around the neighborhood. Finally, Willa had someone to talk to about Z and the other issues going on.

Willa was still at the hospital, Veronica was at her apartment when she got a note from UNKNOWN slid underneath the door. She opened up the message and read it aloud.

Game over bitch. Life’s too short to screw with me.

            Veronica crumpled up the note and placed it in her pocket. She left her apartment, locking the door, and ran downstairs to her car. As she was about to unlock her car, she saw a red-hooded figure just feet away. She ran as fast as she could over to the coffee shop, and was being pursued by the unknown figure. She ran inside the coffee shop and called out for Jennifer, who at this point was in the upstairs lounge of the coffee shop. Jennifer ran down the steps and asked Veronica, ‘Hey Vee, what’s wrong?’ Veronica replied, ‘That!’ and pointed to the figure who had now come inside the building.

            Jennifer told Veronica to stand behind her, and to not let go of her hand. The two friends stared at the red-hooded figure who then flipped them off and tried to slash their bowie knife at them. Jennifer kicked the perpetrator in the chest. The figure then ran off out of the building.

‘What happened, Vee? You look scared,’ asked Jennifer. Veronica, now crying, showed Jennifer the note left for her. Jennifer hugged her and clocked out to escort Veronica back to the barn behind Noemi’s house. As soon as they walked out of the coffee shop, they bumped into one of Jennifer’s ex-boyfriends, Wesley. ‘Wes, what are you doing here?’ she asked. Wesley replied, ‘Was just coming to get my afternoon coffee. I take it you just clocked out?’ Jennifer nodded and was about to tell him about Veronica, when the latter began to nudge Jennifer in the arm. She said, ‘Gotta take my friend to an appointment. See you later?’ He replied, ‘See you later,’ and walked inside the coffee shop. Jennifer then noticed a red hoodie sleeve hanging out of Wesley’s briefcase before getting in the car.

            Veronica then asked, ‘Was that a friend of yours?’ Jennifer replied, ‘Wes is one of my exes. We’re still on good terms.’ The pair drove off to the barn to meet up with Noemi about the incident just minutes prior. As soon as they arrived at Noemi’s house, Veronica ran to the barn and entered inside. Noemi was surprised at her sudden entrance, and asked, ‘Vee, what’s your issue?’ Jennifer replied, ‘She was chased by Z and we were nearly assaulted in the middle of my shift. I clocked out early to bring her back here because this is one of the safest places I know.’

            The trio continued to talk about Z, when Jennifer then said, ‘My ex Wesley had a red hoodie hanging out of his briefcase when we left the coffee shop. Could we possibly add him to our suspect list? As Noemi was about to answer, Willa walked in the door and said, ‘Girls, we have a problem. Carston’s side-view mirrors are all smashed to hell. What do we do?’ Veronica then said, ‘Maybe we tell Carston about them?’ Willa replied, ‘He already knows. He’s furious about his car being damaged.’

            The foursome then talked some more about what to do. As soon as the conversation ended, Carston texted Jennifer saying ‘Katherine’s being discharged tonight.’ Jennifer replied texting back saying, ‘That’s fantastic news! She’s probably upset that she can’t talk for a few weeks.’ Carston replied back, ‘She’s devastated, but she’s hoping for the best.’ As soon as her text conversation with Carston ended, Jennifer left the barn and went back to work.

            Meanwhile, Dominic and Jonah were out on campus walking around before heading home, when suddenly, they heard a loud thud hit the ground. They both ran and discovered a body lying on the steps in front of the student union. It was the body of one of Jonah’s classmates, Hector. Jonah screamed and Dominic called out for help. Suddenly, more students came out of the student union and either screamed or ran back inside for help. Some students just stood in shock unable to do anything. Dominic looked up at the roof and saw a red-hooded figure standing on top of the building near the edge, but couldn’t muster up the confidence to let Jonah know. Dominic watched as the hooded figure walked away from the edge of the roof, now knowing that Z was now killing anyone who stood in their way of the group.

            A few hours later at the psychiatric hospital, Anna was minding her own business when suddenly a red-hooded figure entered her room. The figure said in a low voice, ‘I did as you wished, Anna. Now to let you out of here.’ The figure then called out a bomb threat on the other side of the hospital. Anna and the figure then escaped hiding from the security guards running towards the threat. As soon as Anna and the red-hooded figure were outside at the car, the figure pulled out a trigger and pressed it, blowing up the back right quadrant of the psychiatric hospital, killing many patients and staff. Anna then said, ‘Let’s go finish what we started, bitch.’ The figure nodded, and the two got into the car and drove off towards Fairlake.

            As soon as the explosion occurred, the news was right on the story, informing people of what happened. Back in Fairlake, the group, along with Troy, Felix, Katherine, and Wesley, was huddled around the TV inside the house that Dominic, Felicity, and Willa lived in. The reporter then said, ‘It’s being reported that at least one patient has escaped the hospital and is on the run. Her name is Anna Hoboken. Stay vigilant and be safe.’ Dominic then said, ‘Oh shit. It’s Anna, given how smart she is.’ Felicity said, ‘We are all going to need to be vigilant and keep our eyes and ears out for anything that may be out of the ordinary.’

            Jonah walked off into the kitchen and was followed by Felix and Willa. ‘What happened at school today? I heard that there was a lot of commotion,’ asked Willa. Jonah said, ‘My classmate Hector was found dead in front of the steps of the student union. They think it may have been suicide.’ Dominic walked in and interjected, ‘I saw Z on top of the building while everyone was gathered around the body before we left. He must’ve been pushed off.’ Jonah was astonished at this news, and was even more broken-hearted at the death of his classmate at the hands of his now murderous stalker.

As soon as the group disbanded for the night, Anna and the red-hooded figure were standing outside underneath the streetlights giggling to themselves, plotting their next move in this now deadly game.

            The next morning, Willa woke up and was sick to her stomach, which she found odd. She went to the bathroom and vomited in the toilet, and then flushed. Walking out of her room, she bumped into Dominic, who had just gotten his morning coffee from down in the kitchen. He said, ‘You look terrible, Willa. Maybe call off from classes today.’ Willa replied, ‘I was already thinking about calling off due to my half-sister escaping the psych ward.’

            Willa walked downstairs, and encountered her mother sleeping on the sofa in the living room. She woke Felicity up by saying, ‘Mom, I’m not feeling good about Anna escaping. I need help.’ Felicity replied, ‘Did you go to therapy the other day?’ Willa then said, ‘I did, but this feels so much worse. I feel like she might be coming after the others.’ Felicity and Willa talked for a while before Felicity stood up to get her coffee and breakfast. Willa walked back up to her room and called her professors about what was going on.

            In a cabin outside of town, Anna was with her new sidekick, and plotted to burn the barn down with the group inside. She giggled to herself, and continued in her manipulative ways by having the red-hooded figure go out and finish the deed with Katherine. They nodded and walked out of the cabin. Anna continued to giggle to herself as she slid back into her manipulative ways.
