I am an assistant professor in the Department of Information Systems, W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University. Before joining ASU, I was a (post-doctoral) research fellow at Carnegie Mellon University and UT Dallas. I received a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Fudan University.

My research interests center around dynamically learning the interaction between humans, algorithms, and IT applications, leading to adaptive decision-making. My research figures out effective solutions aimed at improving both economic and social welfare in emerging business models.
