Tiago de Abreu Pinto

Tiago de Abreu Pinto (Brazil, 1984) is an independent curator, Ph.D on Art History from Complutense University of Madrid (Madrid, Spain) and Master of Arts from University of Nebrija (Madrid, Spain).

He worked at NoguerasBlanchard for over 5 years, starting as gallery manager and later as gallery director. He was the Co-Founder & Co-Director of Claves de Arte Magazine (Madrid, Spain).

From an early stage in his curatorial career, he earned the Art Curatorial Scholarship awarded by the Gwangju Art Biennale, South Korea in 2012, the Art Curatorial Award Se Busca Comisario awarded by the Community of Madrid, Spanish Government in 2014 and was Special Correspondent of Future Generation Art Prize Pinchuk Foundation (Kyiv, Ukraine).

Tiago has curated exhibitions in Spain, France, Morocco, Netherlands and Brazil.
