Thuthukani Disable Centre serves individuals between the ages of 7 and 40 who have disabilities such as Intellectual Disability (ID), Cerebral Palsy, and other related cognitive conditions. Admission depends on the individual’s disability, care needs, and the centre's capacity to meet those needs.

Enrolled users are required to pay R150 per month as part of the centre’s fee structure.
