TERMS OF USE FOR THRIFTID: AI PROFIT IDENTIFIER

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

ThriftID: AI Profit Identifier is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to:

• Identify thrift items from photographs

• Estimate market values and resale prices

• Provide price comparisons across multiple platforms

• Offer authenticity verification and market insights

• Generate profit analysis and reseller tips

The App is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

• You will use the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws

• All information you provide is accurate and current

4. USER ACCOUNTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Account Creation

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers

• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

• Upload content that contains personal information of others without consent

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

6.1 Subscription Plans

• The App offers free and premium subscription plans

• Premium subscriptions provide unlimited scans and additional features

• Subscription fees are processed through Apple App Store

• All payments are subject to Apple's payment terms and conditions

6.2 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• You can manage subscriptions and cancel through your Apple App Store account settings

• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with notice

6.3 Free Trial

• Free trials may be offered at our discretion

• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription

• Trial eligibility and terms may vary

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Market value estimates are approximations based on available data

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided

• Actual market values may differ from estimates

8.2 No Professional Advice

• The App provides information for informational purposes only

• It does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice

• You should verify all information independently before making decisions

• We are not responsible for decisions made based on App information

8.3 Third-Party Content

• We do not endorse or control third-party content

• Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ERRORS IN AI IDENTIFICATION OR VALUE ESTIMATES

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThriftID: AI Profit Identifier, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any rights of another party

• Content you upload or submit

11. TERMINATION

11.1 By You

• You may stop using the App at any time

• You may delete your account through the App settings

• Cancellation of subscription does not automatically delete your account

11.2 By Us

• We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms

• We may discontinue the App or any part of it at any time

• Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease

11.3 Effect of Termination

• Your account and data may be deleted

• You will lose access to premium features

• Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

12. APPLE APP STORE TERMS

12.1 App Store Requirements

• This App is distributed through the Apple App Store

• Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service

• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content

• Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App

12.2 Apple-Specific Terms

• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund

• Apple has no warranty obligations beyond what is required by law

• We are responsible for addressing any claims related to the App

18. WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
