Thread Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile game Nova Path (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.
Nova Path is a fully offline, single-player puzzle game. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, device data, or usage data from you or your device. Specifically, the App does not:
Require or use an internet connection to function
Collect personal information (such as your name, email address, or location)
Use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs
Contain ads
Require account creation or login
Use Firebase, cloud storage, or any remote backend/server
The App stores a small amount of data locally on your device only, using the device's standard local storage (shared_preferences). This local data includes:
Your highest unlocked level
Your best star rating per level
Your best move count per level
This information never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us or any third party, and is automatically removed if you uninstall the App.
Nova Path does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics platforms. No data is shared with any third party because no data is collected in the first place.
Because the App collects no personal information from any user, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant age of consent in your jurisdiction). The App is safe for users of all ages in this respect.
Nova Path does not request any special device permissions (e.g., camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage access beyond its own local app data).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the App or for legal reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Since the App collects no data, such changes are expected to be minor and administrative in nature.
